We had a banquet style meal here after an event with the spaghetti and meatballs, sausage/ pepper/ onion, chicken parmesan, salad, and finished the meal with coffee, tea, and cheesecake. While most of the food was tender and flavorful, some things were a little less than expected, such as the thin chicken parm that was overcooked, and the coffee which was more like something you would get at a diner. Their food is very good. Very fresh and flavorful. The waiters were not super friendly looking but they were fine. However, be very mindful of two things as those things made our experience less pleasant:
1. They charge regular water for almost $8 for a bottle
2. They applied 20% of gratuity fee automatically, even though on their menu they said gratuity fee will be applied for party of 6 or more. We were only two people. We had two take out items but apparently...

Amici is my go to spot for good food and a good time, I've never had a bad meal or a bad time here. Food is awesome, crowd is always friendly, and the atmosphere is classy and fun.
