This was my first visit on Saturday afternoon. I ordered jerk chicken with cabbage and rice for lunch, and the food was delicious. The gentleman who took my order, both over the phone and in person. He was very kind, which I truly appreciated. I also tried the veggie patty, and it was very good as well. I will definitely be returning.
Didn’t want to write this, but it’s typical of most Jamaican restaurants. I don’t know if it’s inclusive of an authentic experience. But customer service was just cold. Finally! I find some authentic Jamaican food that reminds me of my days of growing up in Flatbush, Brooklyn. 16 years of living in NJ and every place I try their food is just douced with hot pepper and no seasoning.
