Located on Trenton Avenue in Point Pleasant, the first Jersey Mike's was called Mike's Subs and situated inside a convenience store. Today, that location exists as a training center.
The subs, a name synonymous with mouth-watering sandwiches, have been a staple in the fast food industry since 1956.
Jersey Mike’s has over 2700 stores and franchises across the US, and I came to their Linden establishment off of Edgar Road (Route 1-9).
Upon entering, a clean and bright interior evokes the New Jersey shore, with beachy vibes and elements like surfboards, retro wall decor, and galvanized light fixtures. Luckily 2 patrons were in line ordering their meal.
The menu features a variety of subs, including hot and cold options, as well as salads and bowls. I decided on a mini tuna fish sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes for takeout.
The sandwich was made to order with fresh and tasty ingredients. The service was quick and the price reasonable.
I can recommend this place.

Jersey Mike's in general is a great chain, but this particular location has terrible customer service. One time I ordered a turkey sandwich, but they gave me ham. They also charged me for a regular when I bought a mini. Another time I ordered delivery, but one of the sandwiches was missing -- I called and was hung up on, so I drove to the store and they debated me, apparently thinking I was lying. They ended up giving me the sandwich, but only after asking me to prove a negative. Why would anyone trek out to the store after specifically ordering delivery if there wasn't a problem? The workers here are not friendly, at times even rude, and have yet to admit any fault in the numerous errors they have made. Avoid this location at all costs and go to the one in Woodbridge instead.

This was my second time getting Jersey Mike’s & I am definitely a loyal customer now. Chelsea made my sandwich with so much love. It taste amazing. & her service impeccable. I raved about the sandwich so much my father went in to get one too. Thank you Chelsea.

Three times I ordered a sandwich from here through door dash asking for mustard and three times it came to my house loaded with mayo. I tried to call them ans they just put me on hold never to return. Terrible. They owe me 3 sandwiches

Store closes at 9:00pm. I walk in at 8:30pm and try to order a cheese steak and they told me the grill closes at 8:30pm. They were rude as if I was suppose to know the grill closes at 8:30pm like it’s common knowledge. Worst customer service!
Do yourself a favor and go to the Clark location instead. This location has poor quality. Bread too hard. Can’t really enjoy sandwich. The Clark location has better quality. Better service too.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is THE WORST JERSEY MIKES IN JERSEY . The service is terrible and they don’t not care to get your order right. A new staff is needed URGENTLY or I do see closing in the near future. Oh yeah speaking of closing . The staff has been closing the store early. Like mopping the lobby and not stocking bread and the fixings for the sandwich at 6pm , when the store closes much later. Again JUST DRIVE TO A DIFFERENT JERSEY MIKES. This one is TERRIBLE
