Store closes at 9:00pm. I walk in at 8:30pm and try to order a cheese steak and they told me the grill closes at 8:30pm. They were rude as if I was suppose to know the grill closes at 8:30pm like it’s common knowledge. Worst customer service!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is THE WORST JERSEY MIKES IN JERSEY . The service is terrible and they don’t not care to get your order right. A new staff is needed URGENTLY or I do see closing in the near future. Oh yeah speaking of closing . The staff has been closing the store early. Like mopping the lobby and not stocking bread and the fixings for the sandwich at 6pm , when the store closes much later. Again JUST DRIVE TO A DIFFERENT JERSEY MIKES. This one is TERRIBLE
Always had great things to say but the lack of caring and lack of urgency to get these orders out is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered ahead I came in like 20 min after ordering he said it was coming up and I’m just standing there for 20 more min while one person is making sandwiches and the other is filling up oil and vinegar bottles. Ridiculous. Be conscious about people time. Never again

Literally writing this from the parking lot. I was addressed to order and I said I wanted a ham sub but swap the provolone for American. Girl said okay, no problem. Same girl comes back a moment later and says “You said a ham and what?”, “American”. Puts it in line with no cheese on. No problem I’ll just remind the other girl when she’s able (had hot stuff going). In this time, both girls got into an audible spat in front of a considerable amount of customers. Another guy comes out to finish my sub and asks my order, and I added that I wanted American cheese on it. The same girl who originally took my order and didn’t put it on, who I told twice I what I wanted, said “Well if you wanted that, then you needed to tell me that”. I just looked at her confused, already having a really bad day so this was like the icing on the cake. Just because you got ate down in an argument you started, in front of everyone doesn’t mean you need to take it out on us. Literally nobody had any involvement and tried to ignore it but that was wild… thank god the food was good.

Horrible, just came here on New Year’s Day. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, and I wasn’t even asked why want on it. I normally get lettuce tomatoes and mayo on my Jersey Mikes sub. But looking at the old lettuce I was going to just get the tomatoes and some mayo. The Sandwich came wrap to go already without me being ask what I want on it, No biggie, so I at least said can I get some mayo since I felt I was bother the worker already. The worker responded by over mayoing my sub. As he was putting the gallon of Mayo on my sandwhich I saw not one, but two roaches on the floor behind the counter dragging food to eat. I didnt want to argue at this point being the new year and all so I just threw my sub in the garbage as I left. Between the 2 roaches and the service, no thank you. I basically donated money today, I wasnt in the mood to argue first day of 2024.

Jersey Mike's Subs are great. The customer service is horrible. Everytime I go, it's a group of young men working there. 75% are slow, lazy, not friendly, and look like they hate their job and don't want to be there. One or two of them are the ones that are pleasant, friendly, and quick. Let's be clear - this is a customer service position. If you don't want to serve customers, then do another job. I continue to go there because the food is good, the place is clean, and it's convenient, but the customer service is very sub par.
