Horrible, just came here on New Year’s Day. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, and I wasn’t even asked why want on it. I normally get lettuce tomatoes and mayo on my Jersey Mikes sub. But looking at the old lettuce I was going to just get the tomatoes and some mayo. The Sandwich came wrap to go already without me being ask what I want on it, No biggie, so I at least said can I get some mayo since I felt I was bother the worker already. The worker responded by over mayoing my sub. As he was putting the gallon of Mayo on my sandwhich I saw not one, but two roaches on the floor behind the counter dragging food to eat. I didnt want to argue at this point being the new year and all so I just threw my sub in the garbage as I left. Between the 2 roaches and the service, no thank you. I basically donated money today, I wasnt in the mood to argue first day of 2024.

Very disorganized! A bunch of teenagers who just want to play around. They use the same gloves that they take money with. This place is disgusting. The lettuce is brown, the meat doesn't appear fresh or well cared for. The rag that they use to clean the knife with is very questionable. Stay away from this place! Needs to shut down and get new management!

Poorly ran. Waited nearly 15 minutes on 11-30-2023. Had to leave because the workers didn't want to work. One guy making sandwiches handling money.

Jersey Mike's Subs are great. The customer service is horrible. Everytime I go, it's a group of young men working there. 75% are slow, lazy, not friendly, and look like they hate their job and don't want to be there. One or two of them are the ones that are pleasant, friendly, and quick. Let's be clear - this is a customer service position. If you don't want to serve customers, then do another job. I continue to go there because the food is good, the place is clean, and it's convenient, but the customer service is very sub par.

Worker touched many things before went to make my sub without changing gloves. They used to have good workers who paid attention to customers. One worker seemed attentive, the others acted like customers were bothering them unless they looked pretty. Those they paid attention.

The sandwich was great but it's a bit disorganized. They had teenagers running everything and they were both confused on orders that had been sitting on the counter. They could be friendlier and more organized and a bit cleaner. The knife used to cut the sandwich is wiped on the rag used to wipe the counter top. I asked them not to cut my sandwich lol. I ordered 20 mins in advance and waited another 25 mins to get it made when we got there. I don't know if I would go back.

I am a huge fan of Jersey Mikes. I will never visit this location again. They do not greet you when entering the establishment. There were only 2 employees working at 1:45 pm on a Sunday. There was one customer in front of me that ordered a few sandwiches. The employees did not work with urgency or communicate with the customers until it was time for them to make sandwich. I understand that potentially there were understaffed and there are many online orders that they have to complete additionally, but the protocol for their sandwich making is not being followed efficiently. Thank you.

Most people know this already, I know it too, but I made the unfortunate mistake of trusting. Went to get a sandwich. A older gentleman (maybe the manager) was making about 20 sandwiches at once. Fine if you can handle all that. Apparently he can’t. If you can’t sir, please do them one at a time. I walked to my car for a second to get something. Big mistake for not standing there while they made my sandwich. Usually it’s a young lady and she’s always done a great job. This guy I never seen before. When I come back the sandwich is made but remember I didn’t watch him make it. I get home which is far, so I can’t go back to find out all the bacon is missing from my club sub, so I paid for a sandwich that included bacon and never got it. Well I guess that saves money for your company. They will have extra bacon for free now. If you order online check your sandwich. Unwrap them. If you show up in person WATCH them make it. Don’t leave.Never trust them or any fast food place. They are rushing and will mess up your order as soon as you decide to trust them. Thanks for the wrong sandwich and it was as extremely flat. Barely any cold cuts on it. Going to the store this morning to buy stuff to make my own sandwich. Taught me a good lesson. $18 for mostly bread.

Went in today for 2 sandwiches. No greeting and 3 workers behind the register. 2 were young and making to go orders, the other lady was about to leave and it took almost 10 mins for anyone to even acknowledge us standing there. How do you run a Jersey Mike's like this? I'll go to the Woodbridge location from now on. Unless you want to wait for hours and not even be acknowledged go elsewhere.

This is a 5 star review not because of the food (even though my sandwich was good) it's mainly for the service. It was a Saturday mid day and the line was the longest I've ever seen. These 3 youngsters were tired and drained but still kept their composure. They were a well oiled machine taking the orders inside the restaurant as well as the extensive online orders. Kudos to them because they CLEARLY needed help! From the young man taken the orders, the young lady on the grill and the young man putting the sandwiches together AND ringing them up you have my respect and will be the reason my family and I return!!
