I been buying from KCB bakery for years and I had never had issues with their products but lately their quality gone down with smelling and molding dangerous for your health food, I have bought special Cake Rusk and they are the absolute worst quality I ever tasted in my lifetime, if manager or managing team is reading this please contact me. I want your company to do good I’m not here to criticize but I tried multiple times to speak to your management but I was unsuccessful I wouldn’t rate bad but I please ask you to improve your product and service thank you.
