Great food and clean 👌

I ordered the fried turkey paired with black rice, which was accompanied by macaroni salad and pikliz. Unfortunately, I found that both the rice and turkey lacked flavor. Additionally, the turkey had an unpleasant odor, suggesting that it may not have been marinated with lime or vinegar as expected. My sister ordered the lumbi, which also had no seasoning. The food today had no seasoning, no love no nothing.

On a previous visit with my family, we enjoyed the fritay platter, which was quite satisfactory. Regrettably, I wish we had chosen that option again this time. This experience has led to my decision to rate the restaurant three stars, primarily due to the positive memory of the fritay platter. I was left feeling quite disappointed with the recent meal. They have to do better.

I had the cornmeal, it's made withbug chunks of carrots. That turned me off. Service was great, friendly and engaging.

Good service, staff always work with you even if it's at the last minute.

One star for the owner who showed prejudice toward me after realizing I did not speak creole. I am young African American man. As I was waiting for my food after being told it would take longer Han expected, he pulled into parking lot and assumed I was just using his trash to dump garbage. I love the food here. All the employees are kind. Food takes / long time but is delicious. But unfortunately this experience has dramatically decreased this establishments value for me.

The patties are huge wit a teaspoon of meat inside them. We are really paying for the dough! What a ripoff! Where is the meat? 6 patties for $10 But meatless. Sad to scam hard working people like that.

Everytime I come here I make sure to call 30/40 mins ahead because no matter when you get there your food WILL NOT be prepared. Today I called 45 mins prior to me driving there. I only ordered 3 things (white rice, sauce turkey, soup). When i arrived there was only one customer ahead of me and two workers preparing the plates. The workers were talking and talking taking forever to give the guy his food. I’m just waiting patiently for my food. Then once they’re done giving him his food, 3 guys walk in(they also called ahead of time). It has now been atleast 10-12 mins. I’m still waiting for the two ladies to ask me for my order but INSTEAD the older lady asks the guy for his order and prepares it for him and NOW I’m annoyed because Ive been standing here for almost 15 mins and still haven’t been served. Then the younger girl begins to prepare the other two male customers orders. The workers can clearly see I’m pissed. ONE I’ve been here longer than necessary, TWO I placed an order long before I’ve arrived, THREE it’s very small and hot in the restaurant, and FOUR why the hell aren’t you preparing orders in a timely and orderly fashion. I spoke up and the younger lady messed up the order….smh. I told the older lady in which she began to prepare it correctly. The store began to get packed of customers during this time. Some even called beforehand and was upset that the food still wasn’t prepared to they can pay and go. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO BETTER. This is my last time coming here. FYI EVERYONE there’s anothe Haitian restaurant up the street called “Tap Tap La Restaurant ” which is much more cleaner, service is 10/10 AND FAST, and much tastier.
