I bought a pate today, I can't see what was left so I vomited ?. The inside of the pate is not cooked and the meat they put inside the pate tastes nasty.

I went into restaurant last Thursday. While I was being served there was a saleslady that came into the store went behind the counter and began serving food. She didn't wash her hands at all. I said to her Miss you didn't wash your hands and your serving food. She kept right on serving. This needs to be corrected immediately. This woman was very light skin and spoke Spanish. This needs to be corrected!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stopped by this Haitian restaurant to support local and try something new. Truly wish I hadn't. Customer service is everything for me and the front end person has none. She was dismissive, unpleasant and uninformative. I inquired of a menu and was told they are serving breakfast but NO details until I asked again. I asked about the menu for lunch/dinner and again was told, "We are serving breakfast" as though my question was annoying and irrelevant. Ahh, ok. I guess they have the customers the want and non-Haitian need not patronize. I bought 3 patties: fish, chicken, beef (which I inquired about on my own since they were displayed). Not the greatest, not the worst. I will be keeping my $$$/family's/friends' patronage away from this restaurant as it's clear Black Americans are not welcomed.

I like Kinam food, but like many other Haitian restaurants, their customer service socks. My husband is African and they are always rude to him. I ordered poison a sauce but they gave us fried fish. When I called the played ignorant than rushed me off the phone. I am very unsatisfied, I don't know if I will ever order from them again.

If you’re scrolling the reviews believe what you see. This is the worst Haitian restaurant I’ve ever been to in terms of customer service. Food is ok but not the best. The workers are extremely disrespectful!! that big nose lady with the bleached face that’s usually in the front is rude. She was rude to me a first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I thought maybe she was having a bad day. Then she was rude a second time and not only to me, to my friend, my Bf all on different occasions. They’re never getting my business again there are better restaurants around.
