Just like previous reviews mentioned, the food is really good but the organization and service is unprofessional and terrible. I'm not sure the waitress even owned ANY common sense to tell the truth.I was told I needed to wait 15 minutes for a rotisserie chicken when rotisserie chicken IS their selling point!! How could you not have a constant rotisserie rolling out when you KNOW that you'll need it?Also, I was asked to move tables after sitting at a table for 10 minutes with my guests to make room for a bigger group. Tacky, tacky, tacky. I couldn't believe we had to ask for plates after the chicken and chaufa platter was served. We were all expected to eat directly from the platters I guess. In case you're wondering, we got paper plates...yeah. Well, at least they had plates.This is the worst review I've ever left but they deserve every bit of it as they don't seem to care to listen, revise and be mindful of their customers.Very, very bad table service!

Gone here for years, the foods good but man. One time I called for an order of chicken with fries and they said they were out of chicken. 5 mins later I called from another phone and they took my order asap. The people here are children who choose when they want to work. Sometimes you'll walk in and see the phone left hanging so they can't accept any calls. Great food, awful service.

Horrible costumer service. The waitress was not friendly at all,they didn’t have options for drinks. I asked for a 2 litter soda she said it’s was only for delivery which doesn’t make sense for customers eating at the restaurant. I asked if we can order and go to the 7 eleven store in front to buy the soda and she still said NO .

Today is Friday August 13th 2021,I ordered pick up.Half a chicken with rice & fries. I called in advance was till 2025 minutes, got there in 30 Still wasn't ready, and then the order was wrong ? Horrible sloppy presentation,Chicken is bland & overcooked.The rice? They just dumped whatever was in the bottom of the pot, They only have white rice, No beans of any kind? I mean that right there should have told me how bogus this place is. Never again..
