Just like previous reviews mentioned, the food is really good but the organization and service is unprofessional and terrible. I'm not sure the waitress even owned ANY common sense to tell the truth.I was told I needed to wait 15 minutes for a rotisserie chicken when rotisserie chicken IS their selling point!! How could you not have a constant rotisserie rolling out when you KNOW that you'll need it?Also, I was asked to move tables after sitting at a table for 10 minutes...
Polleria nunca tiene pollo listo para llevar tienes q esperar 15 a 20 minutos para 1/2 pollo ?... if you're in a rush not good here . You always gotta wait even if the restaurant it's empty.
I love this restaurant very hospitable staff although I get the Chauffa chicken rice kind taste different every time yet still it is delicious. The wait seems too long for my taste but, it is obvious the food is fresh to order so well worth the wait.
