So I went to Menchie's frozen yogurt like I regularly do with my daughter today. Unfortunately they change the order of their ice cream and a vanilla was placed in a different section. Since I go all the time I didn't even bother checking which was careless from my part. As soon as We tasted the ice cream We realize that we had gotten the wrong flavor. I explain to the girl that I knew I understood it was a careless mistake but request to be allowed to change it just this once as I am a regular customer. She refused to let me change it. Both my daughter and I had to walk out empty-handed because she refused to allow us to change our ice cream. It was upsetting considering that i had asked for a waffle and she said that the waffle machine was not connected! This is a standard waffle machine! But I didn't fight about the fact that she was being lazy about doing the waffle. Considering that I am a regular customer I feel that this was complete terrible customer service and will not return to this location. This occurred right around 5pm
This is a clean business, always seems like a good place to gather but they rarely have vegan options. I stopped in last week to see if they had a vegan option and it was the sour patch bluberry flavor, its literally all sugar to the point were you make a funny face from all the sugar. Please offer vegan options to cater to more people, thank you.

Came here on a Friday night. I tried calling seeveal times at 9:30 pm to make sure that he hours listed online were correct. I finally arrived at 9:50 pm and the place was closed. According to the Google, theyre supposed to be open until 10, so I was really disappointed. I hate when establishments close before the listed times.

Loved the place, bright and clean. Awesome place - a must check it out place. So many toppings to choose or all. Combination of various options of frozen yogurt ? you can get your froyo with waffles too. you pay as per weight. We will come back again and more often in summer. I would recommend this place.
