Once of the worst customer service and change the Manager
I never been any good place where manager doesn’t know how to treat customers
I don’t think this location should exists anymore and improve your portion size if you want customers to come back

Came into Moe’s at 7:30 whit my family to eat, an hour and a half before closing. Before ordering the younger lady going to start my order tells us that all they have for meat is ground beef, no chicken, no steak, only one type of rice, and no tortillas. Terrible experience especially because always we came to this Moe’s. We came because all of my family was very hungry and there is practically no food to be served

Really sweet employee but how can this location just choose not to accept official app promotions and rewards in person? How does that not violate your franchise agreement? Don't advertise your app if that's going to be the case. This location would rather throw out perfectly prepared food than honor a promotion. Don't give these greedy owners a cent.

Not sure what happened. Food is ok, but the bowl is now a plate. The lid is bigger. Not only that, the prices went up and mo Monday no longer includes a drink and they force you to have the app for the special.
They are skimping on portions now. Less meat and more up charges.
Looks like they told Chipotle hold my beer . No reason to keep going back, not worth it anymore.
I don't want to have to get an app or subscription for every little thing.

You need to cover your food and have the protective glass over it like they do at buffets. A lot of people have gotten sick this way. Me and another person walked out after walking in and seeing it.
