Im sitting in Moe's in Linden,nj with my special needs daughter who has a hard time drinking and eating everything has to be cut up for her. The General Manager Louis was so nice he asked if I needed her quesadila cut up. He also helped with a small cup for her because of her low muscle tone issues. I was so impressed how he catered to my daughters needs. The entire staff is very friendly. He was so nice to every customer who walked in. I never really write a review on a specific worker. But him...he is AMAZING! WHAT A GREAT GUY!!! GOTTA GO TO MOE'S!!!

I’ve been coming to this Moe’s location for a while, and today I had the sweetest and kindest encounter with Esteban. He was truly exceptional, professional, warm, and very attentive. It’s rare to meet someone who can make your day through great service, but he did exactly that. I genuinely hope he continues to grow within the company. He truly deserves it. This crew took care of me and the head manager and the big boss really looked out for me and my family with making sure they did right by us and also made good on their promise from the past. The worst Moe's to ever order delivery from. Missing half of the ingredients and clearly made with absolutely no care about the customer or their food. What a shame because a well run Moe's is excellent unfortunately this is the complete opposite. Poorly run and terrible food quality. What a waste of $ again at this location.

We went end of the day. The lady seemed to be the manager was so bad with adding topping. When I asked her to add extra she told it will charge extra. They never told that to me before at any store.
