Just moved to town wanted to try menu for chicken prices 😔 extremely high then again so is everything these days looked at reviews they were not that good but it's not me I'm I'll give them a try

I had catfish, Mac n cheese, and cabbage. Sides taste like they came frozen/out of a can. No seasoning. Cornbread flavorless. Catfish was decent a lil oily though. Service was good though.

I wanted to support a Black-owned business on this lunch trip. The food was so-so. The woman, maybe the owner, was polite but initially gave me attitude. I definitely heard a microwave go off, so I didn't believe it when she said everything was made "fresh." The portions were kinda small for the price compared to food I've eaten in the area from other establishments. I'd go back and try again if I had few other options. I went. Supported the business....
