This location is always out of something, no matter the time. I went in around 1 pm and they didn’t have several food items. Since it was fairly early, I asked how long assuming they’d be preparing more. The server asked Ronda, presumably a manager, how long. Ronda ignored the server for a few minutes and then eventually said with a terrible attitude that they were out of super greens. Again, this is 1 pm so it’s fair to ask - why the attitude? The chow mein was also so dry that I didn’t finish it, and the food just generally wasn’t good. I’ve contacted customer service before when the service was particularly egregious. But since a manager found it appropriate to act that way, I won’t even bother.

Today I was helped by Ronda, the manager at Panda Express, and she was absolutely amazing! She greeted me with a warm smile and was very professional and kind. She even recommended some great food options. Excellent service, I’ll definitely be happy to come back!

I solely focus my review on the food because it was take out. It was my first time getting from panda express and I was really disappointed. I had the chow..noodles. My goodness was they dry. I had to have a drink with it to flush it down. The taste all together was less appealing as my regular Chinese delivery. I had to search for the peanuts in the Kung pao chicken. The third entree portion was a joke ( picture) 5 shrimp ( walnut shrimps) and no walnuts. ( actually was from the taste my favorite) . The cheese Ragoons, good but 3 for 4.99$ also not worth the money. The sauce for it where in little plastic squeez bags, like ketchup ( hated it) The fruit drinks where good and priced okay.
The staff was friendly but I will not return. Sometimes you should stick what you know

Food was decent nothing out of the ordinary besides super dry chow mein and orange chicken could've been better to Panda Express standards but i'm sure the owner/manager wouldn't care since he carries a nasty attitude all day. He talks to customers like their kids and uneducated save your money and time and go to another Panda Express where they value the quality and customer service

This panda express opened about 2 years ago. The servers are nice but the food sucks and doesn't taste like other panda express. Esp their chow mein, its very dry!!
Giving 3/5 stars instead of 2 because i ordered the family size meal and the girl who was serving made sure to fill up my box all the way that it was hard to close <3
