Google and their website day that they open at 1030am. I get there at 1030am just to find their doors locked, workers prepping and staring at me as I stand outside in the cold and windy day. After 20 minutes one of the musters up the decency to come to the door and explain that they do open up at 1030am but their manager is running late. Being late for 1030am is pretty puzzling.

if i could give this food 0 stars i would.this was my first and last time coming here.i always heard good things about panda express but this was by far the nastiest food i’ve ever eaten.i got beef and broccoli, “teriyaki”chicken with fried rice..the beef and broccoli was cold.the teriyaki chicken was rushed when cooked.. was not cooked and chewy.on top of that nothing had flavor.my boyfriend got brown rice that looked like rice pudding was probably old ricethat they added water to.county jail has better food than this panda express.0/10 for sure. save your time and go to your local chinese restaurant.

The guy on the counter at panda express Linden Road 1&9. The guy at the counter is very unprofessional. I do delivers and they make me start a trip before he give me a food. If I didn’t start the trip he didn’t give me a food so called people robbers? I think is unprofessional I believe you guys can change that because it’s a shame.

I ordered a bigger platter & a large rice! I did not receive the bigger platter. Instead I received a SMALL rice and a SMALL chicken portion. How do you mess up a delivery order? Who packed this bag & didn't read the actual order? It has a LARGE label, but its a SMALL rice! This is unprofessional and disappointing to say the least.

Yea I don’t get all the hype and I was eager to try cuz I hear some many ppl talking about it but this was my first time tying i got rice orange chicken beef n broccoli and sesame chicken very very blah everything was dry beside the beef n broccoli I’ll stick to my original NY Chinese/Asian

Panda Express was on the cheaper side of the cost. The food was moderate and eatable. Now this is a franchise so don’t expect it to be gourmet Chinese food from Chinatown or Philippe Chow. The service was fast and they serve a generous portion of food which is a plus. The restaurant is clean and spacious. There were many people that came the last hour of the store. I had to wait a few minutes for the shrimp but thankfully the nice employee came to bring it to me once it was done.
