The pizza was HORRIBLE, ordered my food at 9pm, and received it at 10:27pm, i called twice as the food was taking FOREVER , and the person on the phone was very quick and dismissive telling me the driver was on the way , i live 3 minutes from the establishment! Once we got the food of course it was cold and the pizza was hard and burned. ALSO ORDERED A DRINK AND NEVER GOT IT ! Never will i order from here again !

I always love papa john’s pizza but their workers are extremely rude. I called because I had place two orders but they were both separate times. The only problem was the first order, it said it was dropped off but I didn’t hear no knock or get a phone call and when I go outside, surprise there’s no pizza.. The person on the phone was very rude and said “what do you want me to do”

They should take action on the matter in the late night shift they have a skinny guy who serves and cooks but he has very bad customer service and apart from that if you stop by to buy after 11pm he says that he is only serving online I feel very dissatisfied apart from changing the prices as he wants

The food wasn't as good and I didn't appreciate being ignored bcuz the employees cell phone was definitely more important. Customer service doesn't exist here! I have spent too much money here and usually I order online and my husband picks the food up. I'm going back to Dominos and Pizza Hut!

Reg cheese pizza is good your normal pizza and the breadsticks are good! . I tried papas bowl for the first time the one thats chicken alfredo bowl and 1-10 I rate it a 2 tasted like it was microwaved not fresh and chicken tasted fake not worth it :( thats the only bowl I wouldnt recommend anyone buying pizza is good thou :)

I’ve ordered twice from here so far. Both times, the pizza has been great! Supreme and pepperoni. The crust was a nice mix of soft and crunchy. And it’s great that it’s open late. Definitely a takeout kinda place.
Despite having bad reviews gave it a try. I was watching a soccer final on tv and it was the closes pizza place. Saw that most of the bad reviews were delivery related so placed the order for pick up thinking they can't messed that up. I odered right after game started to give them plenty of time to have my order ready a pizza with one tipping and a order of wings. I get there no one spoke english the only 9ne who did was on the phone in the back. Come and tells me that they mixed up the order and would have to wait 15 minutes. Had to cancel as i didn't want to miss second half. What a waste of time and poor service avoid this place.

He was sleeping on the job and then lectures ME about it? I walk in at 2:15 in the afternoon on a Friday. And there is seemingly nobody back there. I scream out "hello?" Multiple times. I open the door and close it for the bell to ring. I'm thinking maybe the guy is in the bathroom.I was worried something happened to "them" and walk back there to see him sleeping.I tap him on the back and smile, politely saying I was waiting for a bit and that I'm glad he's OK. I say "it's OK, I'm sure you're extremely tired/overworked" and he doesn't engage. Horrible attitude, he just woke up. I attempt to make a lighthearted joke because this joker is going to make my pizza, I don't want him to spit in it. "Too much chakachaka with your girlfriend?" He tells me he's a student and I tell him I totally understand I've been there and I put in the order for the pizza. He charges me the most expensive possible rate for a medium cheese. Pizza and then begins to lecture me. About how I'm not supposed to go back there. Of course. That set me off. Because I'm fasting and picking this up for my children so I. Lecture him back and tell him you're not supposed to be sleeping on the job. I still try to brush it off and tell him to just make me my pizza and he. Refuses to go back there because he's not done. Lecturing me so I blew a gasket. And told him I've never had A. Reason to lecture my customers. And I've been in the customer service industry for a very long time. And then demanded for him to refund the money back as I didn't need the pizza from him and went right across the street to a better pizza joint for less $Needless to say, i'm never going back there again. Not only because their customer service sucks and they are extremely racist. But because they never get the pizza right anyway. So this was kind of the last straw
