Avoid this place!!!! My husband placed an order for 8:45 p.m and it didn't arrive. He called, and they told me it was on its way... he finally canceled the order and didn't even get a refund. I don't recommend it!

I’m trying to place an order via their online website and it stated store is not accepting orders. Due to me getting that message, I decided to call the store to ask due to my confusion since they open at 10 AM. I’m speaking to the Man advising him what transpired online mine and he advised me it’s too early,after 10:30. Where does it specify that 1030 and on is when one can start placing orders. I believe it needs to be stated clear in their instructions on their website after 10:30 AM is when customers can start placing orders. I’ve never heard no of such thing as someone trying to place a food order. It’s too early, especially if it says the store is open.

There is just one person working in there, I walked in and he was making a pizza, after he finished, he started to clean some things instead of take my order

There was an obnoxious man there who served me, I didn't like him at all, I wanted to leave already, but I had already paid for the order, I won't buy here again.
The pizza was HORRIBLE, ordered my food at 9pm, and received it at 10:27pm, i called twice as the food was taking FOREVER , and the person on the phone was very quick and dismissive telling me the driver was on the way , i live 3 minutes from the establishment! Once we got the food of course it was cold and the pizza was hard and burned. ALSO ORDERED A DRINK AND NEVER GOT IT ! Never will i order from here again !

I always love papa john’s pizza but their workers are extremely rude. I called because I had place two orders but they were both separate times. The only problem was the first order, it said it was dropped off but I didn’t hear no knock or get a phone call and when I go outside, surprise there’s no pizza.. The person on the phone was very rude and said “what do you want me to do”

They should take action on the matter in the late night shift they have a skinny guy who serves and cooks but he has very bad customer service and apart from that if you stop by to buy after 11pm he says that he is only serving online I feel very dissatisfied apart from changing the prices as he wants

The food wasn't as good and I didn't appreciate being ignored bcuz the employees cell phone was definitely more important. Customer service doesn't exist here! I have spent too much money here and usually I order online and my husband picks the food up. I'm going back to Dominos and Pizza Hut!

Reg cheese pizza is good your normal pizza and the breadsticks are good! . I tried papas bowl for the first time the one thats chicken alfredo bowl and 1-10 I rate it a 2 tasted like it was microwaved not fresh and chicken tasted fake not worth it :( thats the only bowl I wouldnt recommend anyone buying pizza is good thou :)
