He was sleeping on the job and then lectures ME about it? I walk in at 2:15 in the afternoon on a Friday. And there is seemingly nobody back there. I scream out "hello?" Multiple times. I open the door and close it for the bell to ring. I'm thinking maybe the guy is in the bathroom.I was worried something happened to "them" and walk back there to see him sleeping.I tap him on the back and smile, politely saying I was waiting for a bit and that I'm glad he's OK. I say "it's OK, I'm sure you're extremely tired/overworked" and he doesn't engage. Horrible attitude, he just woke up. I attempt to make a lighthearted joke because this joker is going to make my pizza, I don't want him to spit in it. "Too much chakachaka with your girlfriend?" He tells me he's a student and I tell him I totally understand I've been there and I put in the order for the pizza. He charges me the most expensive possible rate for a medium cheese. Pizza and then begins to lecture me. About how I'm not supposed to go back there. Of course. That set me off. Because I'm fasting and picking this up for my children so I. Lecture him back and tell him you're not supposed to be sleeping on the job. I still try to brush it off and tell him to just make me my pizza and he. Refuses to go back there because he's not done. Lecturing me so I blew a gasket. And told him I've never had A. Reason to lecture my customers. And I've been in the customer service industry for a very long time. And then demanded for him to refund the money back as I didn't need the pizza from him and went right across the street to a better pizza joint for less $Needless to say, i'm never going back there again. Not only because their customer service sucks and they are extremely racist. But because they never get the pizza right anyway. So this was kind of the last straw

Dough was flat tasted like flour no rise.No bbq sauce or cheese on the pizza topping was good the crust was so huge felt like they topped the medium like a small to save money.Cheese sticks are still the same as I remember 15+ years ago.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The driver just put my stuff on the porch and left! It was contactless delivery though he didn’t knock and the tracking still didn’t say delivered. When I told the manager and said I want my delivery fee refunded he told me flat out no. So rude!

Avoid this place. I ordered a regular crust pizza and they gave me thin crust pizza. I'm not sure how that can be messed up. I went home and ate a whole pie and was still hungry. Messed up my pizza craving. Avoid at all cost. If you really need to order from this place, make sure you open and check the pizza before leaving.
