Staff is only attentive and accommodating to Spanish speaking people. My waiter wouldn’t even introduce himself to my table although he spoke perfect English. Manager said “our complaints meant nothing to him. His waiters aren’t req to make my experience desirable.” If you do go, make sure Adrian doesn’t wait on you.
Great place, scrambled eggs were a little too watery. Aside from that portions are large and the service is great. Outdated look, but also prices reflect that. Affordable nice family spot.

Been coming here for years. And every time I come back the food gets worse and worse and the prices just keep going up and up for below par food.

Came in around 9 pm to eat at the diner since it’s a mile from where I live.
I ordered the man v food burger, and was excited to take on the challenge .
Unfortunately, the challenge was being able to finish it because of how bad the burger tasted. Either the patties were old, boiled , something else because they had a distinct smell and rubbery texture. The “park sauce” was okay, and the “caramelized onions” were just raw onions mixed with the park sauce.
The grill cheese bread that tops the double Pattie burgers were shameful. the top one had bacon , lettuce, and unmelted sliced cheese . The bottom bread was just two slices of bread stuck together with oil/grease. I had about three bites of this and had to call it quits.
My girlfriend got a western burger with a turkey patty. She had to put hers down after getting halfway because she bit into something that “popped” and said something awfully pungent came out. We didn’t even try to look because we were both disgusted with the quality of the food.
We asked for the check, quickly Paid the bill and left feeling sick. Went home and the food came right up for me.
I’ve read the other reviews and was excited to try this spot. However, after tonight’s unfavorable dining experience, I will not be returning nor do I recommend this place.

This diner has been a long standing staple in Linden. Convenient, plenty of parking with quick service.

Some of the waitress were rude. I been going there for years eating and ordering food out. And I always get the cream of turkey soup with croutons on the side. Now all of a sudden they going to say you not supposed to get croutons with cream of turkey soup. And if you do get them you have to pay for them. They going tell me and my neice you only get crackers with that soup. You should be able to get croutons with any soup. You are paying for the soup you should be able to get croutons. And the crackers are stale that they give you. I was very dissatisfied with the service we received about the croutons.

We were a large group who got there late on Sunday evening after a wake.
They still sat us after 7 pm, and they never complained even though they knew we would be there a little after closing time.
Staff worked hard and the food was good.
