The pizza is great. The attitudes of the worker and, I guess the owner guy, really suck. So, they're not worth going to because the way they leave me feeling doesn't deserve my money. The pizza at Buona Pizza in Westfield is fabulous, so if I'm choosing to drive equidistance, guess where my money is going?

Had a delicious slice of cheese pizza. Was very good and would come back again when in the area.

Good food, but customer service awful.
I went to get a pizza, but the men there make me feel like he doesn’t want you there. We decided to eat in the car. Never coming back w that attitude.
Been there a few times. Every time I walk in there the atmosphere is blah. Owner is rude, not approachable. Pizza has too much cheese and not enough sauce. It’s good for a quick snack if you wanna spend a quick few dollars to eat. Staff looks miserable.

Pizza is amazing. Much better when another big brands. I’ll come back for sure, but just one moment I didn’t like - cashier attitude. I’m repeatedly asked about pizza’s ingredients and his attention was lost. I hope for the next time server will give me some more attention. Btw pizza is amazing!

Food delicious, customer service disgusting. I watched how the employees treated certain customers, very unprofessional. Do not recommend
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We use Primavera's frequently to feed our business employees. 10/10 recommend their pizza and delivery service. Deliveries are always on time, and the pizza is perfection. Dough is nice and soft, but a "great undercarriage". No other pizza place in the area is comparable. Dave Portnoy would probably rate it a 7.5, but it is a solid 9.5 in my book. All in all, solid pizza.

People tell you this in your comments. You don't know how to treat people, and I experienced it myself today. I've bought from your restaurant 100 times, but over the phone because you'd never leave to serve me. And you're even more of a language because I even left you a tip, or you didn't check what you charged me. But good luck, and learn how to treat people. Your Italian name is not to minimize the word, but you're an uneducated owner. Buy fresh shrimp because the bad ones are thrown away.

I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience I feel compelled to share. I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, occasionally treating myself to their wings & pizza, despite the owner’s well-known rudeness, which I’ve witnessed firsthand. I overlooked it because I genuinely enjoyed their wings. However, last night’s experience changed everything. I placed my usual order: a medium pizza 1/2 primavera, 1/2 plain & plain wings with buffalo sauce & ranch on the side. When I got home, I discovered the wings were completely drenched in buffalo sauce. I have acid reflux & can’t tolerate too much spice, which is exactly why I always order the sauce separately. I tried to make the best of it—I ate a wing hoping I could tolerate it, but I couldn’t. The sauce was overwhelming, & I knew my acid reflux would act up. I also had a slice of plain pizza & 1/2 of another before realizing that without my wings, the meal I was looking forward to just wasn’t the same. Since I take my health seriously, I don’t indulge often, but when I do, I want to enjoy it. This completely ruined my meal & my night. I attempted to call, but they were already closed. So the next evening, I returned with the food & my receipt, expecting a simple resolution. Instead, I was met with immediate hostility from the owner. He dismissed my concerns, questioned why I hadn’t come earlier, and flat-out refused to remake the pizza, even though my entire meal had been compromised. What stood out the most was not just his unwillingness to fix a simple mistake, but the way he spoke to me—with complete disregard & blatant disrespect, even making a nasty remark about my diabetes, saying that wasn’t his problem. When I explained that I wanted my meal remade so I could enjoy it as intended, he coldly responded, “That’s your problem, take your business elsewhere.” At a time when small businesses rely on customer loyalty, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I wasn’t looking for a refund, just a fair resolution. Instead, I left feeling humiliated, unheard, & disgusted by the lack of professionalism. It’s a shame because I truly enjoyed their wings, but no food is worth being treated this way. If customer service & respect matter to you, I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere. All of this happened in front of his employees, which makes it even worse. What kind of example is he setting for them? If this is how he treats customers, what’s to stop them from behaving the same way when he’s not there? It’s plain disturbing and disgusting. What bothers me the most is that I let his rudeness get the best of me. I am not a rude person, & I was raised to respect my elders, but in that moment, I found myself reacting in a way I normally wouldn’t because I felt completely dismissed , mistreated & disrespected. What was even more disturbing was his insulting & completely unnecessary comment when I explained that I live alone, so the food would have just gone to waste, & his response? “No wonder you’re alone.” That level of nastiness over a simple request to fix my order was shocking. It wasn’t just bad customer service—it was outright mean-spirited & unprofessional. I am the type of person who always tries to find something positive, even in a bad situation. So if there’s anything to take from this, it’s this: 1. For customers who care about good service, I’m sharing my experience so that no one else has to go through what I did. 2. My diabetes will thank me. This was the only place I ever went to for pizza & wings when I wanted to indulge, & after this, I have zero desire to ever have them again—there or anywhere else. Lesson learned. 3. My money didn’t go to waste. On my way home, I gave the pizza & wings to a homeless man outside the liquor store nearby. At least someone who truly needed it got to enjoy it, because after that horrible experience, I wouldn’t have been able to stomach it anyway. At the end of the day, this was about fairness and respect, not the money. No customer deserves
