The whitings and potato salad were good, but the collard greens were NASTY!!! The greens had a weird texture, cut too big, and no flavor. It also had a strange aftertaste. Need a new recipe for the collard greens. Sorry. (My aunt felt the same way)

The lady at the counter is always very pleasant and accommodating. The food is very delicious too. I recommend the fried fish, fried chicken, potato salad, yams, collards, mac and cheese, carrot cake, banana pudding and peach cobbler.
I ordered wings and fish months ago the wings were so good like melt in your mouth today i ordered wings they were salty not golden brown like burnt white meat look like dark meat i was so mad especially what i paid for! Something definitely changed

Roys Linden used to be good when it first opened, however now every time we place an order online, they don't have various items (that were featured on their menu) and they eventually cancel your online order. This happened on 3 separate occasions! Or if you call in to place an order by phone, they don't have stew chicken they don't have curry chicken or and no rice and peas. Like what? Why are they even open if you don't have most of what's featured on your menu? Try Cool Runnings in Roselle instead. They have whatever is on their menu.

1st of all are the hours listed the real hours. I went last night at 8:03pm. I was informed they are closing and I wasn't allowed to place an order. I work in customer service and all I will say is we must who serve the public have a pleasant, professional demeanor at all times?. I love the food here and will not discredit that by 1 so not good experience. Honestly I've always been greeted warmly at the Linden store . I will chalk this up to a person just being tired and had a long day. Coaching moment as a customer service manager. Going over and beyond goes along way in these turbulent economic times. Remember a restaurant only stays open because of satisfied customers?. Perhaps the young lady up front isn't the right individual to represent the brand. Background workers are just as important!!!!
