I ordered anticucho and rachi ah and arroz chaufa ,this people took an hour to made my order even they said 25 minutes or 35 is unbelievable that takes almost an hour and wasn’t ready at time that I picked up. Even was not a weekend that can be understandable, is not recommended if you need to get your food before than an hour. No good

From the moment I stepped into Stancia Peruvian Fusion, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between modern and trendy, with sleek, contemporary decor that still feels warm and inviting. It's the kind of place that feels effortlessly stylish but doesn't sacrifice comfort for aesthetics.

The real star here, however, is the food. Wow. Each dish is a work of art, not just in presentation, but in flavor. The fusion of traditional Peruvian ingredients with innovative twists is nothing short of spectacular. Every bite was bursting with fresh, bold flavors, and you could tell that the chefs put their heart into creating something truly unique.

The service was flawless—everyone greeted me with a smile, and the staff was attentive without being overbearing. They made sure we had everything we needed while creating a relaxed, welcoming environment.

I recently visited this restaurant hoping to enjoy some authentic Peruvian cuisine, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, I ordered a jalea and some other dishes. It was a super small portion so we ordered another jalea. We got it when everyone was done eating. So before the server brought it to the table we asked for it in a container. To my absolute disgust and shock, when I got home and opened up the container the presentation was appalling, with food clearly missing and the dish looking carelessly thrown together. It was evident that the kitchen staff had the audacity to serve leftovers to a paying customer. This is not only unacceptable but also raises serious concerns about their hygiene and food handling practices. (Mind you this was supposed to be a fresh new order of jalea)

Our first time in. Walked by this place one day. The store front piqued my interest. Very inviting. As our host, Daniel was engaging. Got us seated quickly. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and lit adequately. The staff exhibits pride in dress, consistency in service, and execution. Once seated, we were greeted by our server, Daniel who was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The food and drink menu is extensive, features creative and unique items, and is accompanied nice photography. Pleasantly enough, the food and desserts actually look as they're visually represented. Our selections tasted awesome. The plating, flavors, and content encourage us to return.
