I was in this restaurant last Monday, I was really looking forward to finally getting to know Stancia since I had been told very good things about this restaurant. But I was very disappointed with the food.I'm just trying to give them constructive criticism and make their cooks better. To start we ordered some parmesan shells, the truth is that I hadn't eaten a dish like this in years and I craved it, but I was very disappointed, by name I would call the mozarella shell, it didn't have any parmesan, it was pure mozarella for God's sake. !! A complete mistake, perhaps some do not realize it but I am a cook and therefore in one moment I knew that it was not parmesan, for me it was a lack of respect. My girlfriend ordered a chiclayana rice, which I honestly give a 4/10, it wasn't bad but it didn't taste like a characteristic flavor of green rice with northern style seafood. And the last thing, I ordered a skirt steak lomo saltado (entaña) I was surprised that the menu didn't say the price, but a regular lomo costs something like 25 or 28 I think, but with the skirt steak it cost me 45!!!! Almost 20' dollars more incredible!!!But beyond the price, I have no problem paying it if it's really worth it, but here it was another disappointment, I ordered the loin finished medium, and they brought it well cooked, and obviously there is no way the cook could get it finished medium if his Cut of meat is thin and very thin. The fries (they honestly looked like macdonald) were totally thin and the tenderloin flavor was never noticeable when I could taste the smoke. It looked like a homemade tenderloin without a hint of love.I hope for better because your restaurant is very nice but in my opinion you should advise your chefs

One word DELICIOUS! The drinks were great and the service was exceptional. The bartenders look at how to prepare the drink which was interesting but honestly it avoided it being to sweet or bitter. The food though!!! Now that was the star of the show. Because Peruvian food has a lot of Asian influence I sometimes find it to be salty. However, I'm glad to report it was not at all. The portions are generous. I would return to try other items!

Yumm!! I had dinner her with my sis and thought everything was delicious! The bartender was very helpful and made pretty good recommendations for us to try. They have live music some nights as well. The drinks were nice and smoky and the serving size of the entrees was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

I had boliyuca, grilled octopus and combo marino and everything was really good plus the drinks. How ever the food is a little to pricey.

Loved the food and drinks we got here. Those yucca balls were really tasty, must be the sauce. Octopus appetizer was good. The Combo Marina was almost perfect: bass cerviche was amazing and so was the tuna, the seafood rice and fried calamari were a bit overcooked. Conclusion is although the food was good, it was a bit too pricey to return...especially for Linden area. Parking was only 50 cent / hour.

The place is really cute and was so pleasantly surprised about the live music. I was a little disappointed with the service. I'm not sure if it was the server or if it just took a long time to prepare the food. The food itself and the drinks did make it up though and I look forward to giving it another try.

The food was very good, small portions exorbitant prices. 50 dollars for an appetizer sampler - save your money for the entrees and 20 dollar drinks. This is not the place for a one on one conversation, they had a band and it was way too loud. The service didn't match the bill.

My experience in this restaurant was not to my liking, the service was good, the food, nothing happens on top of the fact that the dishes are cabin boy, too ridiculous, and the price was very expensive, it has no taste, the rice is not very meaty It has taste, rice with seafood doesn't taste like anything, well I was disappointed, they recommended me a lot, but that's how you get to know and learn, I don't recommend it, everything is excessively expensive.???

Way overpriced, check your bill carefully before paying, they tend to overcharge and add extra items to your bill. Not coming
