I visited your store today and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered an iced chai and waited about 20 minutes, which is far too long for such a simple drink. No one explained the reason for the delay, and the staff didn’t greet me or make eye contact it felt like they didn’t care whether I was satisfied as a customer.

When my drink was finally made, I didn’t receive what I ordered. I clearly asked for a cold iced drink, but they gave me a warm drink twice. I kept repeating my order, yet they still made the same mistake both times. On top of that, the cup wasn’t even full, and the drink tasted unpleasant.

This was very disappointing, especially considering Starbucks’ prices. For what we pay, I expect attention to detail and better customer service. Please address this issue with the staff at this location so future customers don’t have the same experience.

I visit almost daily and consistently receive excellent service. The staff is courteous, and the food and drinks are always prepared correctly.

Wow!! I am enjoying my drinks with my girls! Thanks to Abraham’s suggestions and Lauren’s and Jade’s assistance to making delicious drinks!! They were friendly and provided great customer service! Definitely coming back!!

Tables could use cleaning more often and check on the toilet paper otherwise love the atmosphere, garbage is never full as I have experience in different Starbucks, friendly and quick working staff.
The two biggest peeve.
1. IT'S AN ICE BOX, it is so cold that it's hard to enjoy our treats and coffee.
2. Bringing their kids to work and have them roam in the cafe.

Visited this Starbucks on a Thursday evening and had a great experience. Lauren, the barista, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She took the time to explain the refill policy in a clear and helpful way, which was much appreciated.

The store was clean, calm, and a great spot to hang out with a small group of friends. The vibe was relaxed and the service made it even better. Thanks to Lauren and the team for making the visit so enjoyable — my friends and I will definitely be back!

Can't tell much, the place was closing but the girls behind the counter went the extra mile to provide me with fresh coffee.
The coffee shop is a bit small but with a comfortable layout.
Plenty of parking.

I happened to walk into “Kashi’s Deli” to buy lunch. Oh my, it was kind of a surprise to find out it is not a normal Deli but a mini supermarket with beer varieties, groceries…etc. The fresh meat that they use to make sandwiches is unbelievable; it tastes out of this world. My favorite was the Tacos. I recommend this Deli for all food lovers.

terrible my drink was pure coffee. NO SUGAR

Beautiful Starbucks with clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Both indoor and outdoor seating with nice lighting. Had a nice chat with my barista about matcha. Tough day; I was in town for a funeral. This Starbucks was probably the highlight of my day. It gave me a dose of normalcy on a very stressful, high intensity day. And my matcha latte was great!
