Drinks have declined dramatically since they’ve opened, it’s either watered down or just nasty

Suck sucks sucks. I always get coffee here and it’s usually ok. Yesterday the service and personal were great and friendly. These two ladies today… wow… the guy was nice enough to service me. These two ladies ignored me and they were not friendly. Like they had enough of the day. Like come on you are young and still got the rest of your life ahead.

Good customer service, but they lie about prices. Store has an entire section that says 50% off but double check your receipt because they charge you regular price for it, after asking why if the item was supposed to be 50% off they said they don’t control the prices or probably the item was misplaced but there’s a bunch of the same items in that section

terrible customer service, paying attention to guys eyes when should focus on making drinks thats why drinks takes over 10 minutes. disappointing starbucks
Ordered a large shaken expresso with little ice.They gave me a large cup only half full . Will never go to Starbucks again. This is not the 1st one to do this . Just lost a customer.

While the store is new and nice, I’m now very weary of ordering from this location. Every time I’ve had a drink from here, I get a bad stomach shortly after I’ve ordered the same drinks at the Starbucks in Cranford—and many other locations actually—and have never had any issues. I’m not sure if this location is using expired milk or if it’s an unsanitary kitchen situation… but it’s a bit too much of a coincidence that every time I’ve had a drink from there, I’ve had a stomach issue Friends of mine I’ve gotten drinks for from this location also have had the same experience.

Stopped by yesterday for the kids. They had a buy one get one free refresher deal in app. Had no issue using it a couple of days ago at same location for same drinks. App did not work yesterday and manager would not help us out either. Even offered to take both and pay for one. Corporate greed sucks. They would rather throw it away than get paid for at least one when problem was in their app.
Plus very expensive refreshers for fruit soaked in sugared water. Almost $8 for one.

Service was slow, baristers weren't friendly. Drinks were tasteless. I hate the new employees. Before I was in and out of the drive thru, now the lines are long, slow. Going inside is even worse.
