Sophia was such an amazing person with the biggest, warmest smile. She took my order and genuinely asked about my day and how it was going, which instantly made me feel seen and cared for. I’ve honestly never felt so touched by a customer service experience before.
Her presence is beautiful—her smile and eyes made me feel so comfortable, and beyond that, when there was a small issue, she handled it immediately with no hesitation at all. Watching her problem-solve so smoothly was really impressive.
It was truly inspiring to see her coworkers admire her work and the way she leads and carries herself. The way she runs things is empowering, friendly, and welcoming. She’s the kind of person who inspires others to be their best while creating a loving and positive environment. She rules—so cool and so genuine!!!!❤️♥️💙

This location is horrible. It takes 25 mins-30 mins to get your order and I have gone to the drive thru, in person and tried to order ahead all with the same result. The employees are not attentive at all and give nothing but attitude when asking about your order. Will not be returning to this location.

I ordered a grande pink drink and this is what I get instead, there isn’t even ice in the drink.I was looking forward to my drink especially when I just got out of work, made it to the drive thru at 8:30pm which is not too late for them to be closing at 9 so there’s no excuse. I’m extremely disappointed. I will not be coming back here.

Honestly it’s the worst Starbucks ever every time I come here the wait for drive thru is at least 40 mins. Absolutely ridiculous drinks are poorly made, customer service absolutely sucks and they need more staff. I would recommend going to another Starbucks before coming to this location as you will be waiting painfully slow just for a coffee.
I came in about five minutes before closing, and Bastia Sofia went above and beyond to help me out. Even that late in the day, she greeted me with such a great attitude no rush, no judgment, just genuine kindness. I wasn’t sure what kind of tea I’d like, but she asked a few questions and somehow nailed it perfectly! The tea she made was amazing honestly one of the best drinks I’ve had at Starbucks. I wish I knew exactly what ingredients she used because I’d love to get it again. It wasn’t just the drink, it was her patience and thoughtfulness that really made my night. Thank you, Bastia Sofia, for turning a last minute stop into such a warm, positive experience. Starbucks needs more people like you!

When we spend our money, we expect quality and respect especially STARBUCKS! neither of which were delivered today. Please take this feedback seriously and make improvements. This is my favorite local Starbucks, thanks entirely to the incredible service! There's a barista with beautiful curly hair who always seems to be working all the time and she knows my exact order every time ( yes with a cup of water, thx ) even when the line is long. That level of personalized service and consistent warmth is what keeps me coming back. Truly top-tier staff!
