I had to change my review this is always a good one but today! The young lady Soph I know you maybe in Love but when it comes to work you have to be on point! Their is a reason why people use the app to order a drink or food! Today I waited 15 minutes before I could get my order I do understand it gets busy here but no ma'am! Not on my time or dime. I just cancelled my order because I became so mad. Lesson 1 when you work in a high volume place you have to be ready at all times 2, if youre boyfriend or girlfriend comes to your job ask them to wait until you're done with customers she was so happy that she made a door dasher wait until she served him first !!! NOPE NOT AT ALL EXCEPT ABLE!! You learn something new everyday!!! Hate that I had to give this store 1* but you can't play with people time

Definitely the worst Starbucks experience you get here even I come here often but always wait time is way too long and they don’t tend to care about it and chatting. The hot coffee I got today, I waited for a while and came out very cold and worst taste. They need to train better and improve.

Suck sucks sucks. I always get coffee here and it’s usually ok. Yesterday the service and personal were great and friendly. These two ladies today… wow… the guy was nice enough to service me. These two ladies ignored me and they were not friendly. Like they had enough of the day. Like come on you are young and still got the rest of your life ahead.
Good customer service, but they lie about prices. Store has an entire section that says 50% off but double check your receipt because they charge you regular price for it, after asking why if the item was supposed to be 50% off they said they don’t control the prices or probably the item was misplaced but there’s a bunch of the same items in that section
