Service was slow, baristers weren't friendly. Drinks were tasteless. I hate the new employees. Before I was in and out of the drive thru, now the lines are long, slow. Going inside is even worse.

I arrived at the place on a rainy afternoon, I ordered a Caramel Macchiato which was very delicious. The place is good, there are books, and well, everything that is usually found in a Starbucks. Maybe the place needs to feel more welcoming. But well, in terms of service, these young people lack encouragement and good attention. The guy who takes the order barely pronounces the words and man! I mean, I can understand that the work can be exhausting and that there will not be good...
