Horrible service I waited over an hour for my sandwich. I get home realize i was given the wrong order. So i call in the guy says its fine come in your order will be ready in 15 minutes. I get to the store he didn’t make the correct order and proceeds to scream at me and try to make me pay for the new order. Eventually he agrees to make me my order i get home to see olives were put in my Italian cheeseburger. Very spiteful person imagine what else they could be doing to peoples food.

Horrible service. I called over the phone to order and they said 10-12 minutes. When I arrived 15 minutes later, one of the guys gave away my order to the uber eats pickup in front of me and said that the order isn’t ready. Told me that it wasn’t made and that he can make it now when I asked him about the wings that he just gave away to the Ubereats driver, he started getting loud with me. Horrible customer service and an even worst attitude.

The sad part is this, I love fried chicken . I’m not a big franchise fried chicken guy as far as franchise businesses go, only because the chicken is always salty, dry and let’s be honest, it sucks. They want to pass off their unbelievably horrible smoked sauce as smoked flavored , but it comes in a jar. I was disappointed again. I cook all the time, but sometimes you just wanna let someone else do it. Yuck. Not a fan.
You’re dipping sauce has a smoking flavor added to it,. That’s not from the meat or the chicken that you cook it’s added. I know where buy food from and I know where I spend my money. Are you inferring that I don’t know where I was at the time or where I was buying food from that’s insult injury. Have a good day.
