Horrible food and service. Can’t even put selected items/ ingredients in a burrito. Ordered 7 layers burrito with add ons and they only put rice, beans and lettuce. Went again to make them remake again, still same thing. Went 3rd time and they charged me again for it. Stay away from it if possible. Bad bad service.

Visited Taco Bell with a lot of expectations. The food turned out to be average, but the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The outlet wasn’t crowded, which made the experience more relaxed. Plus, free parking in the area is a big convenience.

So I went to order their Chicken Cantina Bowl. All orders are placed at two kiosks for indoor dining. I had no problem with this except you cannot get a receipt without giving up personal information. You can either have the receipt texted or emailed to you. Or the third option, which is “no receipt”. So I chose “no receipt” and hoped for the best! Unfortunately, my Chicken Cantina Bowl was a bit on the bland side. I was expecting the food to be more flavorful, which I don’t blame on the employees, I am guessing this is what most people prefer.

The worst service, the food badly served, we asked them on several occasions to solve our discontent and the solution was, if you don't like it we will refund your money. We definitely won't come back

The guy at the drive through was so nice and pleasant. 8/21/25 @12:30am. Food was hot and fresh. The soda was actually Pepsi and not seltzer water with flavor. And service was quick and pleasant. Thank you ☺️

The service here was terrible. The management was unprofessional. I won’t be coming back. It was so loud that I couldn’t hear anything. The manager was yelling that I could hear him from the driver’s seat at the drive thru , not the young lady who was trying to help me. I came in to get help with the wrong order, and he refused to help me get the correct order. He even told me that I was blaming him for getting the wrong order. I told him I would be contacting corporate and he said he didn’t care at all . The employees didn’t even look happy working with him because I’m probably sure he was yelling at them .

One of the few places in the area to get lunch early. Stopped in Thurs. 9:30am for a Luxe Box. Drive-thru attendant was professional and the food was fresh and delicious. Thanks!
