Love the food here! The restaurant atmosphere is very inviting and date friendly but most importantly CLEAN! Every time I come for my favorite Haitian dish the flavors never disappoint. What’s truly important as well is that their hours of operation and food availability is pretty consistent which is more than I can say for most Caribbean spots. Tap Tap has my vote! Great Job ??

I'm Marjorie and I'm currently on vacation in New Jersey. I come from Canada, more precisely in Quebec. So my English is not perfect unless I use Google Translate. So I leave my comment in French.
I highly recommend “Tap Tap La” restaurant. This is the second time I've ordered from them (the dish: kabrit in Creole or goat's cheese in French) on site for the first time and I had it delivered for the second time.
The taste is there and so is the customer service (ask for Ms. Karine. She listens very well to her customers).
For me it's a 10 out of 10 for taste, customer service and cleanliness of the place.

It was my first time dining here and I am satisfied with the service, atmosphere, and of course the FOOD! This is not my first experience with a Haitian restaurant and probably why I'm so content with this place! Chefs kiss and Top tier, thank you!!

Beautiful place, clean, nice Haitian decoration of the lil truck ‘tap-tap’. I ordered Lalo with white rice and black bean sauce every thing was delicious and a plate of Fritay, the most beautiful presentation I’ve seen. You need to come here, great for families too.

Love love love Tap Tap La. Every time my family visits this is my first stop. They always pack my food well especially when I say I'm taking it back to North Carolina. Have recommended this to others as well. My family is Haitian and this bring me peace when I have my plate. Mesi Tap Tap

They serve old leftovers, and they charge a lot of $
The food is tasteful, the waiting time for the food is way too long. They need to give a little bit more food for the money they are charging; owners are very professional. Hopefully they will read it and understand our thoughts. Good job . Place is clean and bathroom is clean.

Just ordered Legim. And the portion is so tiny. Also there was no meat in the legim. I wont be going back there any more the other stores up the road gives a much larger portion and the food tasts better and the other stores charge the same price. Hopefully this review gets them to do better.

The Food Wasnt Bad Nor Great... The Qauntity Is What Lacked Most and Fried Turkey Could of Had More Flavor As Well As More to Eat Without So Many Bones for $16-17 Bucks For Thier Smaller Platter Size... And the Side of Cabbage Came In A Sauce Dipping Cup... Fried Turkey Can Be Hard to Come Across Especially Good Servings Of It... Not the Best Experience But Id Still Come Back to Try Other Items... The Lady @ the Counter Was Sweet Which Helps Businesses In Many Ways...
