Went in for a late night dinner and the place had to be below 50 degrees inside. The wait was not bad, the food came out promptly. I had chicken and shrimp and my fiancé had the shrimp and pasta he took one bite and left the whole meal mine was ok. We asked for check and ran out, we couldn’t even stay due to how cold this establishment was.

Tyrell was an amazing bartender. First time here with my girlfriend and he ensured we had an amazing night. Great drinks, perfect service. He deserves a raise.

Went to TGI for a group gathering, so far I can say was really nice to be there. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I only had one drink and was pretty good. Since I didn't spend a good amount of time can't say much.

Slooooow. Waited 15+ minutes before anyone even showed up at an empty bar around 5pm the day before Thanksgiving.
And the guy would not take the order as he was 'not the bar tender'. Waited another 10+ mins for him.
Ordered a draft, was rung up for a $9+ draft. Then there was an issue with the keg. So was given a bottle ($6+) as a substitute of the same beer - see the picture of the empty bar and the bottle. But still charged for the draft (I have the receipt).
The attitude of the servers leaves much to.be desired. TGIF is going down the drain. No wonder they closed so many locations.
Had a beer and redeemed some points for an appetizer. Did not argue and got out quickly after paying.
I don't think I'll ever go back.

The Friday’s franchise isn’t what it used to be. The pricing is misleading, and the food was overcooked. It tasted like it was cooked yesterday and warmed up today. I had a craving for their signature whiskey graze. Probably never step foot inside a Friday’s again.

A few years ago I rated this place 5 stars. After Veterans Day, I can't keep that rating up. My husband & best friend chose this restaurant for their Veterans Day meal. I don't know if the servers had an issue with their policy being that they get a free meal for being Vets or what- but it was quite apparent they were not attentive to them for whatever reason that may be. Neither my husband nor my friend were even given water, so they ended up sharing a water bottle one of them brought with them. They ordered basic food that took some time to come out & tasted just alright. The server never came back to check on them after they received their meal. They couldn't choose to order drinks or desserts, nothing. They didn't even see the server again to wave them down. Just went in the back & disappeared. Maybe the server figured since it was a free meal they wouldn't be getting tipped so they treated them poorly & didn't bother coming back? They sat there waiting... & waiting, & waiting. Eventually they just put a very UNDESERVED tip down & left. I don't care what your personal opinions may be, that's not how you treat customers let alone Veterans on Veterans Day. I hope someone gets spoken to because that is just an awful feeling they both had to leave with- like they did something wrong by being soldiers since WAY before this world became what it is currently. They aren't the problem so don't treat them like they are. Thank you. Do better.

We went on a Friday and the restaurant was almost empty. The service was very slow; it took 40 minutes for our food to arrive. I ordered a Chicken al Pastor Bowl and, unfortunately, the presentation was unappealing — it looked like leftovers, and the taste didn’t help either. Overall, I do not recommend it.
