This location sucks.. Out of many items on menu. Out of draft drinks. Food cold and not cooked (microwaved) all the way. We were very surprised. Was told that they were previously closed due to gas leak. However, we think it is possibly for another reason. Maybe rats or spoiled food. Who knows at this point. Spent $150

When my family and I arrived, there was no host for almost 10 minutes. There was a line of people waiting out of the door just to be seated. When staff did return, they began asking “who has a party of 4? Who has a party of 2?” and allowed other people who came (after us) to be seated. When we finally were seated, a server did not show up to the table for another 10-15 mins.
At this point, the server said they were extremely backed up and were really behind. Once we placed our orders, it took up to an hour for our food to arrive. It was cold. Flavorless. And disappointing. I asked for my food to be sent back because it was not hot and also asked to speak with a manager. The manager came out and with no sympathy told me “you are not the only one, we are 10 tickets behind” … she didn’t care one bit. I will never return to this location ever again.

Was totally ignored. Went to get a break between stops and after our order was taken was totally ignored and forgotten. Simply ordered apps and desert. We were there for over half hour and never got the apps. When we asked for the check the food was miraculously ready to go. REALLY. Next time tell us we don’t want your business

My family and I sat down for a quick bites (wings, tots, and cheesecake). I never got my iced tea and they apparently don’t have black coffee or creamer for tea. We waited for 40 minutes and I watched plate after plate come out from the kitchen. Our waitress never came over for an update to ensure we received our items. Terrible service. Never ever coming back. What a shame.

I did not enjoy the food at all. I ordered whiskey glaze baby back ribs. That's always my main reason for going to Fridays. Since they close the regular Fridays that I usually go to, I had to drive a very long distance, because I just had a taste for those ribs. Well I was very disappointed and I think I'll be turned off now for a while. There was no whiskey glaze on the ribs nor was there any on the side. The rice was too soggy and wet from whatever gravy was from the ribs and the broccoli had the juice from the ribs all through it. I was not happy.

It was my first time eating at the Linden location. I had a great time. The waitress Melissa was awesome and very personable. Service was top notch and she gave good food recommendations! The food and drinks were tasty. I would recommend this restaurant.

Had a wonderful time customer service was great Abdul was great he was really attentive and manager was really attentive really helpful. The drinks were great we spent a birthday here definitely was worth it.

Despise coming over aver after checking my bank statement the same day, and Abdul explaining what happened, I have just discovered that I was still overcharged.
