I was very disappointed with this Tim Horntons location I went here through the drive thru and the woman speaking on the microphone barely spoke English and couldn’t understand my order. She had to switch to another lady there whose English was better who could take my order. I ordered a Large Vanilla Chai Latte and they gave me a Large Vanilla Latte I could taste the coffee so I had to go inside and correct the order upon correcting the order the lady tells me that the drink I got was a chai but I’m explaining to her chai doesn’t taste like coffee she then gives me a hot chai and I told her I wanted iced and she then tells me I asked for hot. How ? When the original drink you gave me was iced ?? I was extremely disappointed and it’s a gas station so the women are working the gas station registers and the Tim Hortons station making it extremely difficult to focus on customers and orders.

Any new Tim Hortons that opens I try and make it. I want to make it to the grand opening celebration. Tim Hortons has delicious quality beverages, food, especially the donuts are totally fresh. So glad more Tim's are coming to NJ, been to Raritan many times, Mahwah, Upper Saddle River, Stratford, North Bergen, Paramus I have to visit again, some reason breakfast sandwiches weren't available when last going. I hope to come to Linden, Pennsauken, and Cinnaminson.
Love this location! The coffee came out piping hot and full of flavor, just the way I like it. Hash browns were golden and crispy, not soggy like other places. Preet Kamal, the manager, runs this place like a pro — so friendly and efficient. Always a pleasant visit.
