I asked the women if she could make me another being that by the time I picked up my order, it was watered down. She advised me they made it at the correct time and that I will have to purchase another one. She does not know if I had an emergency or what was the case as to why I picked it up late. Don’t tell me I need to automatically purchase another one when the smoothie is no longer the same texture. It is more like a liquid consistency. unacceptable and she literally had no other customers. They were cleaning up. She was doing nothing besides cleaning up the place wasn’t even a mess. Again no customers were in the store. I truly believe she did not feel like dirtying any blender and have to clean it up again, which is why she did not want to make me another one as a courtesy

I came in today with two others to have lunch and discuss upcoming travel plans. We spent over $60 and were there for only 2 hours. As we were getting up to leave however, the woman who said her name is “T” (refused to give a real name, which is unlawful for a persons employed with a franchise), explained that we were “there for too long” and “taking up space”, despite us continuously ordering food. We were a small table of 3, and the restaurant was completely empty for the entire 2 hours. We were already getting ready to leave when she approached us. I explained to her that her behavior towards paying customers (regulars at that) is unacceptable and we have reported this incident to corporate. We are all adults in the STEM field, we all have corporate jobs as well, and we were treated like teenagers who come in to idle and act rowdy. This will be the last time any of us will be visiting Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

If there is any doubt to the legitimacy of this review, we have a case number for the report we made with corporate, and they verified this incident and have escalated the case for proper action to be taken.

The bowl was very small for the price. It was very frozen and tasted icy when it arrived to our table. Definitely made me appreciate Playa.

Food is alright, they need to improve the rice coction on the burritos, is too dry.
The service is not to good either, I trynna ask questions and they always seems to evade it. They all look like socially awkward people, they need to improve that. I know most of them are not fully English speaking people I understand that as a inmigrant myself, and as somebody who work on a kitchen for 2 years. It really matters how you guys treat new customers. ❤️🫶🏽

Absolutely delicious! The smoothies have a refreshing fruity smooth satisfying flavor blended from different fruits and berries but they also have veggies blends when you're looking for something healthy. I went for the Mango Moonsoon which has mango, pineapple, papaya, guava, passionfruit and coconut, it hit the spot! Next time you're craving to drink something different this is the place to go!

Very tasteless $10 smoothie I mean why so much water like taste not paying for water my friends supposed to be preserved pulp if not real fruits, waste

Bowls are super small compared to playa bowl. And was frozen with ice at the bottom. The prices are higher than playa with smaller bowls. This place is closer but I will continue to take the drive to playa.

Best chicken pesto flatbreed ever!!!!! 10 out of 10. Good service. Kind worker gave me great recommendation. My first time going to the place just now. Its so good and for the price it works! Just wish the smoothies were cheaper

great food and atmosphere! The Hummus veggie wrap and the Bahama Mama smoothie are my go to combo. Will be revisiting this location often!

The menu has a wide variety of options to choose from whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a healthy sweet treat. As a vegetarian, I had so many options to choose from! The staff were very friendly and helpful when trying to decide on a meal. Will definitely be visiting this location regularly!!
