Awful experience at this location. Had fabulous experience in Edison. Service was horrible. Meals came at different times. Received one appetizer twice. One meal was cold, one never received. Waitress could have cared less that we were unhappy.
I highly recommend Ugly Dumpling because of the delicious and affordable food options they have. Excellent customer service received from Gregory D!! He is absolutely an amazing server!! We will be coming back for more!! Awesome ambiance, beautiful decors, hip music and amazing servers. I also would like to give extra thanks to Miller... Overall, we are so happy with the whole experience!! 5 stars out of 5!!
Ugly Dumpling in Linden had excellent food and service. Food was light. It took a lot of adjusting and reordering to satisfy but eventually I was full. Veronica was exceptionally good. She was very attentive and went out of her way to keep me and my husband happy. The staff were great and accommodating especially to my husband’s wheelchair. Music was excellent. (Techno and house). Definitely recommend. Definitely coming back. The restaurant is practically around my block.

It is a very nice place where you can go with friends, family or a date and have a good time. All the team is sweet and nice. The server is respectful, kind, funny and one of the best servers. The server checks on you often, makes sure you have everything you need, and brings items with great timing. The attitude is positive and the enthusiasm is loved. The waiter is warm, friendly and incredibly professional. The energy makes the dining experience feel special and gives off genuine vibes. The waiter recommends fantastic dishes and every suggestion is spot on. The attention to detail is remarkable and the service is memorable. You can tell the staff takes real pride in work and makes people feel welcome. The experience is amazing and you will definitely go back.
