Was at hotel some years ago catered by the weiss brothers (then called "Nesher") Yitzi & Moishy along with Australian chef they imported at the time,I must say the major and extreme food quality variety and service is top notch and unforgettable to this day.And there was always plenty no shortage of anything!Keep it on!
