I want to express my complaint about the bad manners of the African-American employee who works at the counter, she knocked on the window of my car, she does not know manners, she is extremely arrogant, she thinks she can treat customers with her terrible attitude, she I saw handling the food without gloves, that is unhygienic, how disgusting, it was recorded on a video camera, for your review, please select your staff carefully, White Castle has always been my favorite place and that of many clients, that employee deserves a strong wake-up call.

The soda machine seemed to be out of more flavors then what was available. My hamburgers was more rare than I feel they should of been and the lettuce was bad, ended up taking it off and tossing it.
My son and daughter-in-law are vegan and they ordered original impossible burgers, they put cheese on them, had to take them back up and replace them with no cheese as they had requested. Then my son's french fries was either cooked with fish oil or the oil was very old. This was very disappointing because it was my first time having white castle burgers and my son was so looking forward to having the impossible burgers again because they had them when they were back in Minnesota back in August.... My son was charged for having cheese on their hamburgers. Also, there pickles which I went up and requested some for them and the hamburgers barely had any caramelized onions on them. So sad because we are from the West Coast which doesn't offer many White Castles.

Thanks and appreciation to the entire 12pm staff at the 3810 Kennedy Blvd location that worked on Saturday, November 2, 2024. Thank you for taking the time to not only promote the WC App but also show a couple of seniors how to use it. I love good customer service and nice people. The sliders were steamed to perfection! This is now my go-to location when I need my WC fix! Thank you again for making this a 5 star visit!

THIS RESTAURANT SUCKS. I waited in line for 45 min for a 3 item order! terrible customer service. You’re not even allowed to place separate orders and it takes about 20 min per car! Terrible place shut the shit down!
