Avoid like the plague. Service is non existent. Staff moves like they do not care. Way better options in the area that have staff members that will actually provide some type of help. They will make you wait 20-30 minutes for sliders .. Please do not waste your precious time.

This place HAS to be intentionally slow. I’ve literally driven past it on the way to Aviation plaza, done what I needed to do there, maybe a half hours worth, and seen the SAME cars in the drive though. Sent my daughter there one Friday and she was on the drive through line for over AN HOUR! The food is, well, White Castle, it’s exactly what you’d expect. Just shameful how utterly slow the place is. Complained once, and the manager or owner sent me a gift cert for I think $10 but her attitude was as poor as the speed of service. She was t rude but clearly didn’t plan on changing anything and I don’t think she could have cared less about the complaint if she tried.
The LAST time, and I write it bold because it’s the last time I went and last time I ever will to this location, I thought I’d be slick and order online and pick it up 15 minutes late. Did I wait, OF COURSE I DID. About another 20 minutes. Horrible. Never again. I’ll drive to Union IF the “crave” hits.

They are short staffed so the food took a while. But, with that being said it was fresh ! They no longer have the Impossible Burgers ... But, the new fried chicken sandwiches were pretty good ! I added pickles, no honey mustard and I used ketchup packages.

it's white castle, so if you like white castle, you'll like this place. was pretty busy both inside and in the drive thru, the staff worked well together meeting the demand, the dining room and bathrooms were clean.
This place is very disappointing you order online 20 minutes before coming in to pick up and still have to wait staff is slow and doesn’t seem to care about ppl waiting for food waste of time and money.. the one star was forced in order to leave the review I’d rather give no stars

They hook me up with always fresh food! You can tell right away that all the food is fresh and they always make sure they have my strawberry banana smoothie. And they have a nice and polite crew!
