I ordered delivery. 30 wings and sides. They charged me and never delivered my order. They dont answer their phone, only a voicemail. There is no other way to contact the restaurant.
This is theft and we have tons of places to get wings from. Atrocity. As of this post I still don’t have my money back.

I tend to mostly leave reviews for a positive experience, but this was our first time trying WIO again in 2 years and somehow it's worse than before. We ordered 5 items and one was completely missing (corn), one of the sandwiches was completely different than what my wife ordered, and the other sandwich was dry with barely any of the sauce on it as you can see in the photo.

it completely lived up to the bad reviews. The chicken tastes like it’s at least 3 days old, some pieces had that sweet taste you smell on rotting raw meat, I refused to force myself to continue eating & threw out 70% of the food, also I know this was the taste of the chicken because it barely had any sauce on it. The blue cheese was disgusting, ranch wasn’t bad. The lemon pepper wings had too much seasoning piled in one place on the wings were very stale, overcooked, hard and salty. Finally there was only one guy working and he took 10 minutes to give me my order even though it was already ready. I wish he at least greeted me or said he needed time, just as a common courtesy.

Where do i even begin, the food was HORRIBLE, the wings were HARD & frail ! Like they had been cooked a day or two before and just thrown back in the grease to make it hot. The fries were from the bottom of the bag, none of the fries were full fries, they were all broken and tiny. The buffalo & the hot and honey tasted the exact same, and the garlic parm tasted like nothing! The flavor of the lemon pepper was very good, but the wings again were hard and crusted over. This is my second time eating from here, the first time i just thought that because i came a few minutes before they closed that, that was the reason why, but it isnt, i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, there is no care being put into the food , i spent $35 of my hard earned money on this meal for me and my child , & was very disappointed, my kid is small and couldn't bite through the chicken because of how hard it was, the only thing I recommend is for them to shut down or make some big big changes, i’m extremely upset!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would just for their horrible customer service. I came here to order wings to try out before having them cater my upcoming event. I waited 30 mins for 6pcs of wings and after all that waiting and I got home I then discovered that the wings were the wrong flavor. I went back to possibly have them correct the issue and the cashier was super rude and unprofessional. I went to him very respectfully and told him my issue and he completely disregarded it. I then asked for a refund which he told me I couldn’t get until I then asked to speak to a manager. Definitely won’t be back.
