I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS WINGSTOP. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL TALKING ABOUT ME IN SPANISH AND I KNEW EVERYTHING SHE SAID. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. AND THEN SHE GOT MY ORDER WRONG I WENT BACK AND SHE SAID OUT OF HER HOT BREATH THAT I WAS THE PROBLEM. AND THEN SHE FINALLY GOT MY ORDER RIGHT AND MY WINGS SHRUNK. AND HER BREATH WAS HUMMING AND HOT IT WAS ON FIRE…..HOTTER THAN A FIREPLACE. HAD THE NERVE TO DISRESPECT ME AND SHE DISCRIMINATED ME VERY AWFUL!

They had the air conditioning on in the winter and it was freezing in there the food was cold due to the low temperature in the establishment. We spoke to the employees and they advise they don’t control the air it’s control by corporate. Corporate you gotta do better cause I wanted to Run out of there.

For starters my husband asked me to call due to him being placed on hold . I got through right away . After I had a question regarding catering and I got placed on hold and shortly after the phone disconnected . Between 6 calls I got a hold of lina spoke and some guy who both hung up the phone on me and laughed if only they would hire people who actually want to work ignorant. I ended up going to a different location but the fact of the matter service here sucks !

Bad service & worst food, to top that off they have some of the most dismissive and inconsiderate staff I’ve ever talked to… they routinely close the store more than 40 minutes early in an attempt to skirt work and leave customers in an uncomfortable situation waiting outside in whatever weather conditions may be at the time. The interior of the store is not well kept and I’ve seen roaches congregating near the soda machine before

I normally hate chicken sandwiches, but the garlic Parmasiean sandwich is amazing. Crispy crust, fresh moist chicken inside its perfect .both me and my grandson give 5 stars

I really enjoy winstop but idk who the manager on duty was for today 7/1/25 but someone needs to teach her proper communication with customers. I called only to ask if a certain flavor was available because I wasn’t seeing it online. A very simple question and she seemed to just not even understand what I was asking but her tone was super nasty I follow up asking if the flavor was only available in store? She still couldn’t answer the question she proceeds to be dismissive and say we’re busy are you going to order or not. Which to me is super rude if I’m in the middle of asking you something and I’m still not getting a solid answer. I proceeded to ask her if I placed an order can I call back and have them switch the flavor she said NOOO idk tbh the overall phone experience with whoever answered today was just nasty. In the end she told me there was a new menu today I don’t understand why it was such a run around for her just to tell me that but I hope someone can give her proper training on proper phone etiquette. Especially this being a somewhat new location! I didn’t get her name but she “claimed” she was a manager and she sounded of Spanish descent.
