I am writing this review as a future bride that started off with a great relationship with Avasar catering via their previous catering director, Gaurav. From the beginning Gaurav had been the main representative my fiancé and I had been in contact with regarding our sizable wedding contract. Gaurav was easy to talk to, always available via phone/email and made helpful suggestions. Once we found out Gaurav had left the company, we decided to cancel our contract. We spoke once on the phone with Shekhar Chopra, the Accounts Manager who made unsubstantiated claims, and since then have not heard back from him in a month. We have reached out multiple times via phone/email to Avasar catering and management personnel and have been met with a lack of professionalism as the upcoming bride and groom for fall 2025.

In the few months leading up to the wedding we have not been provided any support and have instead been left with unanswered emails and unreturned phone calls. We have not been informed of our point of contact for the wedding, assured in the capability of Avasar catering to handle our wedding contract, or been given the courtesy of being treated respectfully as the bride and groom. This entire experience has been deeply unsettling and we do not recommend engaging in business with Avasar catering and their affiliates.

We hired Avasar Caterers for a graduation party. Gaurav and his team did an amazing job planning the event. Coordination was smooth from start to finish. Food was fresh and presented well. All our guests loved the food and appreciated the service. Live counters were a bit hit. We definitely recommend Avasar for any size event and will use their services in future.

We hired Avasar Catering for my backyard wedding this summer and we were so pleased with the food and service. All of our guests raved about the food and still talk about how delicious it was to this day. The creative live stations were a hit and the Indian buffet was amazing. Gaurav did a great job organizing the whole thing.

Our experience with Avsar catering was excellent. The food was prepared on premises . The chicken kebabs, kathi rolls and naan were awesome. They prepared everything fresh . And the tadka Dal was out of the world. !!!!

We recently worked with them to provide breakfast and lunch for our wedding and 3 weeks later we are still receiving messages from our guests about how spectacular the food was and if there is any way they can dine with them again!

Every step of the process with Avasar was seamless. Our main POC, Gaurav, was extremely attentive and made me feel completely at ease that his team was up for the task of serving our 150 guests at the wedding. At our tasting, Avasar's head chef personally made sure to come out after every course and take active feedback on what we liked/disliked and incorporated that feedback on the spot. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive the entire day.

I can't recommend working with this team enough. From the quality of the food, the presentation, and the service I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

We went to for food taste for wedding and the food was really really good. Gaurav took care of our family very well.

The food and service is amazing!! I had catered for a small house party and they went above and beyond with the food and service. The best part is live dal station and the gulab jamun flambe.

Avasar Catering provided great service and amazing food at my wife’s baby shower. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went well for my wife’s big day. Not only that, but they threw in a live daal station, which everyone loved and still talk about. Would highly recommend and you bet, if we need any catering, Avasar will be our choice.
