Good place for reasonable price

They have delish apps at the bar (mostly Mexican)...the nachos are awesome! There is a buffet off the main dining room...Dominican/island-type food...but that isn't my style. They have daily and happy hour specials. And although the ambiance is dark and dingy, Cairo, at the bar, is so lovely. 💜

Excellent Latin restaurant margaritas are great, good if awesome too

We came here after reading positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. All the entrees that included rice were poorly cooked—some grains were hard while others were soft, clearly showing inconsistency (you can see the difference in the picture). We also ordered Long Islands, which were completely watered down and lacked any real flavor.

When we expressed our concerns, not only were we forced to pay for food we didn’t enjoy, but we were also told not to return simply because we didn’t like the food. The overall quality and service were unacceptable. We do not recommend this place. Our bill was $300, waste of money!!

Terribly long wait time you should expect. They'd try to hide it to you as well .
Don't order ,Don't pick up , Avoid if you didn't want to waste time on the crowded uncomfortable space .

I have been going there for some years now. However today I was slightly irritated because my bill came to $19.69. Did not give me my change.Female said they did not have any change in the register. Didn't even try to give me my change back! It's not the amount.It's the principal you have to give people back their change

We ordered birria tacos and tacos de carnitas. The photo below is “birria” tacos. They didnt taste good at all and didnt even come with consume. They were disgusting, inedible and thrown out into the garbage. The carnitas were ok. Both tacos didnt come with limes. It came with that green gunk that was also thrown out. Not sure why its in a jelly form but I wasn’t gonna eat it. I tried calling back to get a refund/remake but no one answered the phone. I personally wouldn’t go back or recommend to anyone.

I enjoyed the meal I bought here and I look forward to visiting again.

The female hispanic bartenders were very disrespectful, took our orders and told us to pay before i was finished ordering, charged different prices for drinks, but the sign clearly states another price. They told a male bartender to take our order. I usually never have a problem coming here but tonight was the worse i ever experienced.

I live this place best tacos, food, and margaritas. I come all the time. The prices are reasonable also. Wide variety and everything taste fresh and authentic.

The food is delicious 😋 hot,you get a lot of food for a great price. The service was great fast and friendly 😁.will definitely be going back.

Very good and delicious Spanish cuisines. Lots of varieties to choose from. Friendly staff. The atmosphere is, however, too dark for a restaurant. More light needed in the space area.

Fajitas was cold and dry, barely ate any of the serving. Didn't get any sympathy from the server. The other entree was trash as well, ignored as well. Drinks was good though. Overall experience a 1 only because of the good drinks.

Absolutely horrible service. All I ask is for them to put my salad in a separate container from the tocos and they wanted to charge me a whole seven dollars for an extra container. The salad was already going to go on top of the tacos. I was not eating the tacos at this moment and didn’t want my tacos to get soggy The lady then began to speak Spanish in front of me, not knowing that I speak Spanish myself, and proceeded to use derogatory language towards me!! I come here at least once a week during the day to get my lunch and have never experienced anything like this. I don’t know who that lady was but she is not a good person horrible service. Then when I asked for a manager, she said no managers are on duty and Reef refused to get somebody else that was in charge. That’s when I walked out. My advice is to stay clear from this place as they have no respect for their customers only worried about a dollar matter fact, seven dollars trying to charge me seven dollars for a plastic container for food that was already going into my other platter!!
