Good Evening Google Family. My first time visiting. I wanted something quick since I was on my way home after having a wonderful spin class at the Edge Fitness Club in Voorhees, NJ. Robert was my instructor. I passed other places that I should have stopped. I decided to stop here. I chose the Broccoli Bites. They were good but fried. I should have ordered a salad. The wait was kind of long, being that there was no one else in the establishment. I asked for french dressing, since it came with ranch dressing and I do not like ranch dressing. I went to get my phone out of the car since I could keep myself busy posting my video. When I sat back down with my phone, my order was ready. They give you ten bites. I ate four and I have six left. I don't think I would order from this place again. I just didn't get a good vibe about the place. Also no public bathrooms. In my book thats a no no. A business wants people to buy from them and they would have no business, if it weren't for the customers and they don't supply restrooms to customers. Thats wrong. We used to love this place. But today they failed really bad! Did not get what I paid for. Not going back anymore. Check your food always before leaving. Make sure the cashier pays attention while talking to you.
Ordered delivery. Was told 25 minutes- took over an hour. The food was ice cold and flavorless. Ordered a panini and received a wrap instead with chicken that was very strange. The chicken wings were dead and disgusting.
The next morning everyone who ate the food was in the bathroom all day.
Definitely will never order again and HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
It’s ashame I’ve been ordering here for years. And it’s been absolutely horrible the past 6 months. Deliver takes over an hour everytime. I try and give them the benefit of the doubt but i guess it’s time to move on. Worst pizza place don’t recommend to anyone in the area
Been ordering from here for years. Took an hour and 30 minutes for a pizza to be delivered 5 minutes away. Owner blamed driver and was very rude. New owners aren't same as previous. Never again. And their Sicilian isn't Sicilian. It's just a square pizza. Way better a couple years ago
After 30 years of being loyal customers we are finished after today. Ordered a pizza for delivery. Received it 1 1/2 later and was hard abs ice cold. Driver said he got confused….fair enough to a point. Called and spoke to the owner who ripped into us and added that it was his drivers fault….clearly the owner knows ZERO about running a business…sadly after 30 years we’ll never order from them again

I'm confused how come all of the sudden you guys don't know how to find someone's house when we have been ordering from you guys for almost 10yrs and never had a problem finding my house. What is going on?
I have been ordering from Gino’s for years and have always received great food and service. Recently, I ordered birria tacos and was upset at the amount of fat in them. I brought them back and they quickly remade them with no problem and they were excellent! Much appreciated!!

Order food and some wings with blue cheese the blue cheese was yellow and watery called to let them know girl said she had other calls about this and they still sent it with my order she said the cook said it was good. If he will send that what kind of quality control do you think they have. I told her let the cook eat it. Girl on phon was nice and very polite. But if a cook has standards like that I would steer clear.. Ordering out is very expensive these days and as a customer we deserve a quality meal..Do better...
sad to even make this review. i grew up on my this food been a loyal customer since i was a kid but the quality and taste has terribly changed. the fried ravioli tasted like breaded air 0/10 the cheesesteak was a solid 5.6/10. no need for me to even call and complain because this will be my last time ordering.p.s do not try their tacos they use the same chicken they use for chicken cesar salads for their chicken tacos, just lazy and lack lustered.the original owner need to get back in the kitchen because it’s heartbreaking to even witness the downfall.

Ima just start off by saying , the pizza is good but DONT get their salads! They dont wash their romaine lettuce. This is the second time I gotten a salad from them & found a small bug on my lettuce. This time again , I decided to get a salad thinking and hoping I wouldn’t find one again! But this time the bug was ACTUALLY alive moving around on my lettuce. Gross! & not sanitary . It’s kinda ridiculous that a simple wash can just prevent all of this & people writing a bad review , like I am right now. GENOS just wash the lettuce you give out to people.

Yikes! Today was my son’s 1st birthday party, I made an order online for 3 boxes of pepperoni pizza & wings. My sister picked up the pizza, and after she got to the house, the order was wrong. We received 3 boxes of bacon pizza instead. I called and of course I’m upset because I paid $95 on pizza & wings. The woman that answered had an extremely big attitude as if it was OUR fault that they screwed up my order. She told me I would have to come pick it up, and I said that’s not an option because I have a party going on, they would have to deliver it because it was their mistake not mines. She finally agreed to deliver it after complaining about it. Here’s the kicker, she said make sure you have the 3 incorrect boxes ready for pickup when we drop them off. I waited another 1 & 1/2 for my correct order to get here, so guess what, they only had one box waiting for them because the kids were hungry and we’ve been waiting for a long time for the food. So of course I eventually received a call from the same UNPROFESSIONAL woman, asking why I only returned 1 box instead of all three. I told her I could give her a few reasons but I’ll give her the important one, which was everyone was STARVING by now and wanted to eat something instead of nothing. She said I was being funny and that I was not allowed to order there anymore. Guess what, I could careless because the customer service was extremely unprofessional and she was beyond rude. I’ve worked in the food industry, it is extremely unsanitary to take any food back that was once delivered already, I will be taking this issue to the city because the call was recorded. & to ban someone because YOU got my order incorrect, and I had children that were hungry and needed to eat, I technically paid for that food! The corrected order should’ve been on the house, since the house jacked it up. The actual food wasn’t bad, the customer service put the nail in the coffin for me. I wouldn’t spend another dime supporting an establishment that doesn’t put their customer service as number one priority! Don’t worry, I’ll be sharing this experience with my social media followers because I am appalled to say the least.
