Lina’s is an old school very friendly water ice place. It’s been around for very many years, and I love going down there to stock up on water rice. I had the Geletej and my grandkids had various types of water ice but honestly, I think they fell in love with the mango. I’m a chocolate water, ice vanilla custard type myself, and Lena‘s hits the spot
Parking: Lina’s situated on a corner lot and there’s plenty of parking for about 10 cars Most of the business is takeout, but there is a bench there if you want to sit for a bit while you freeze your brain . I sat on the bench with my grandkids until they urge me to get going, grandpa .
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is gravel, but it’s flat and if you’re handicapped, you can wheel out and get to the counter, which is low. The staff is really helpful so they could probably even walk it out to your car if you have a problem getting out.
I came back twice when I was in the area. The owner was so kind to me and friend 100/100 everyone should try this spot, but I kinda want to keep it secret lol

I’m celiac and highly sensitive to gluten products. When we asked at the window they didn’t know if they offered anything (I’m not sure why as it’s a common allergen). I was then instructed to ask as a question on their facebook page to get my answer… to which I could not find an active Facebook page. They called the owner and it turns out they offer a single banana option that is gluten free- I was so turned off by the experience that I didn’t try it. celiacs don’t waste your time like I did.In response to the reply from the business- again this is a service based review. Keeping people safe starts with being informed at the front window about your allergens. Not suggesting a Facebook inquiry. Again, professionalism isn’t looking good here.
