Every time I come to this one the employees are so rude. This time it felt like the person threw my food into the truck. They forgot my sauce and I requested some, some how giving me my sauce they were just still as rude as even. I don’t really care it’s just annoying.

Got greeted with "yo what's up" after I waited for the employee to finish whatever was more important on his phone. Did not say anything else during the transaction. Next time I'll keep going down the road to BK just so I don't feel like an inconvenience. And my mcCrispy was hard and cold.

What happened to the freaking dollar menu. Now it's like 10$ for one sandwich. I don't know how we are expected to get by with how expensive everything is.

Apparently the McDonald's staff are upset, especially where there are black people, the women are treating the customers very badly. They should give you talks or replace them with people who want to work and provide friendly service. Camden NJ and Philadelphia especially are the upset ones.

I always greet workers in the morning time with nothing but politeness. I patiently waited 7 minutes for this person to respond at the drive-through. I was the Only car in the drive-thru. The Hispanic woman acts like she doesn’t understand she lied and said she wasn’t the manager is very racist!!!.This is not the first time this is not the second time having a situation with this individual. She is not polite. She is not courteous. She is not respectful in any shape or form. She refused to give her name. I understand, not giving your full name, but a name is required when you file a complaint she gave the name of the general manager Fatima. I tried contacting Fatima several times she hasn’t even contacted me back. She needs to be removed from any McDonald’s entity that employs her.

The prices are super high ! Go down the street to Berlin their cheaper. Pat and Bernie bought up all the mcds around here. You know which ones, the ones that have the highest prices smh
They always make me pull up and wait for fries ALWAYS it's 3pm why the hell do we always have to wait for fries. I hate this mcds
It says me to say this, but you should not go to the Lindenwold mcdonald's..... I have lived here since 2002 and I have seen the food quality go down dramatically. I don't even need McDonald's anymore because of them. If I do, I will go to Voorhees McDonald's or Lawnside their food is always fresh and hot.. I was tempted by starvation to try Lindenwold McDonald's reluctantly. I ride down the street and see that not even the lights are on outside but it is clearly 8:00 p.m and you're open I pulled through to order my food which I was the only one in the drive-thru. I question the girl at window number one where you pay as to why the lights were out. The Big M was not lit up. I literally told her that it looks like they were closed for the evening as if it was 1:00 in the morning. She got on the headset and said,' Hey, the lights are out." That's the first warning in my mind. Everyone knows that that is the one thing that stands out about McDonald's it's writing down the street and seeing that gigantic M glistening brightly join you to pull into the drive-thru. It was out and it made it look like they were closed for business. The way that Filet-O-Fish tasted it should have been.. We all know that McDonald's french fries taste like cardboard the minute they get cold. Pulling away from the drive-thru window digging in my bag of fries and pulling out lukewarm freeze was an absolute disappointment. McDonald's fries are so skinny that by the time you travel down three lights they're already boom temperature within 3 minutes. Since my fries were medium warm by the time I got down to two traffic lights the cardboard taste started kicking in. Maya Filet-O-Fish sandwich was giving me somebody's paying you extra money to put on that tartar sauce on my sandwich. That was lukewarm as well and the cheese was slightly bent meaning is surely wasn't melted in my sandwich definitely wasn't nice and hot. I figured at least I would get some fresh hot food, being that I was the only one in the drive-thru and that the parking lot literally had one car apparently customers. I looked in to the restaurant and saw that there were only four people their purchasing food. For the life of me I could not understand why my food was not hot. I am not the person to trash someone's establishment. I truly want Lindenwold McDonald's to get their stuff together because there was a time when they were really busy and their food was always fresh indefinitely hot. I don't know if they changed ownership. Managers have come and go there I will say that the staff is always sweet. I've been hair for 22 years. Sincerely hope that they get back to the way they were. It's like going to Vegas. Going to the Lindenwold McDonald's you risking option of crapping out.
Parking: The lights to The Establishment just happened to be out that day and it was 8:00 at night. The cashier informed the manager by way of headset that the lights were out upon being informed. As I sat there for at least five to eight minutes the lights still hadn't been turned on and there were only four customers on the inside and myself in the Drive-Thru so it's not like they were busy and they couldn't just turn on the lights to let it be known that they were still open for business. It looked like they were closed and it was 1:00 in the morning. I was almost tempted to just keep going but I saw the four customers inside and realize that they're still open
