Disappointed, asked the girl who took my order to make sure the crust wasn’t burnt.. because it wasn’t the first time. He was nice & offered another but the kids are hungry & waited an hour for dinner already… hard as a rock.

Everything is good here I love the hot sauce and the mild sauce the owner is a awesome person the people are all nice and helpful the driver is really cool always gives my dog treats when he comes! Highly recommended! Thank you puellas!

Compared to other spots not bad they burn their chicken parm hero every time ??♀️ They are nice to correct it but it still comes back burnt on the edges and cheese not fully melted.Edit: returned to Pullella’s tonight via delivery order. Asked for extra cheese pizza and didn’t get extra cheese. Paid 20$ for an over-done pizza pie. Very greasy. My husband and I were less than delighted with this purchase. We paid $3 extra for cheese but yet it was a normal cheese pie. Don’t mind paying a little more, but dang atleast make it worth it. Asked over the phone for a receipt but the driver didn’t have one, had an attitude however. Every time I come here the people are so nice inside the shop but the food is just a disappointment.

I am a fan of the food . They changed the Hawaiian pizza from crushed pineapple to chunks. I want the crushed back. Or at least a choice. But still yummie.
I have had 2 disappointing experiences here out of three. First was an order for a steak sandwich.....which turned out to be a roll with a minute amount of meat!!! Nothing else in the sandwich. Second attempt.... ordered same sandwich and it was soggy!!! Never compensated for what I experienced!!!

Family owned. Their strombolis!! Their pizza is excellent, but it's gotten rather pricey. I don't think we've ever had an issue with anything, dining in, take out, or delivery.Parking: Their parking lot is very tiny. Maybe 8 cars.
