Always a wonderful experience when we visit Scoopy Lou's for a delicious treat. We were pleasantly greeted, the workers were polite and efficient. Our order was made quickly, was correct, visually appealling and very delicious. As we were there, we observed two people with their dogs and them ( the dogs) enjoying "pup cups". Many families and small groups.

Excellent and delicious water ice. The soft serve chocolate ice cream is really good too. I love the service. Always a smiling face and someone trying to give you exactly what you want. The atmosphere is really good. Parking may be an issue if the lot is full, but I've only gone on days when there wasn't a line. We've never been there before 20 minutes before closing Ave the service is ALWAYS GRACIOUS & HELPFUL.

love this place, love the environment, so many wonderful options! The staff are unbelievably sweet and they're pet friendly! 10/10 would recommend!

This place only gets 2 stars from me for 1 simple reason, NO DRINKS!! So that means no floats and you can’t even get a bottle of water here. They would’ve had 1 star but I did appreciate the wide variety of ice cream. But cmon guys.. you gotta have root beer floats.
