Everyone from work including myself comes here multiple times a week for our lunch break. We’ve collectively agreed that the employees, service, and atmosphere is the best of any Jersey Mikes we’ve ever been to. Unfortunately, the bread oven has been down for quite sometime and they’ve been getting their bread from Walmart. It’s god awful. Let us know when you fix the bread oven… we’ll see ya then.

Called in to let them know that they made my order incorrectly and that their attitude was poor. Not sure what the reasoning for the abhorrent attitude was about but it’s truly unreasonable and uncomfortable. I came in this weekend while when I called in I did say it was today for my point since I chose not to complain on Saturday. Then the girl called me the wrong name. I will be escalating this, it’s unfortunate for sour news but this was disappointing!
