There seems to be no such thing as customer service anymore! They barely make eye contact, no greeting at all, they don't even smile! We are failing these kids by not training them properly & holding them accountable for their actions! And yet, they are getting the highest hourly starting pay these places have ever paid! 🤯

I’ve read some of the negative reviews here, and after being inside and seeing how it actually runs, I don’t think they reflect the truth. If you show up with basic human decency, you’ll get great service in return. This crew deserves recognition, not judgment.

There is a reason for all these bad reviews. This mcd's is a mess. Dont even think of ordering inside, theyll just ignore you. Dining room is dirty a lot, staff all loom unkempt, male manager looks dirty...their in trouble when this town gets more food options

McDonald’s just isn’t worth it any more. I was disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald’s. The French fries were cold, and the sandwiches were poorly made. Over time they’ve have raised their prices while lowering their quality, which makes the experience even worse. My only 2 expectation of McDonald’s are hot, edible food, but they failed on both—because when the food isn’t hot, it’s not truly edible. For what I paid, I expected much better. Overall, it was not worth it, and I hope they make improvements.

Robbed me of 20$, my girlfriend gave them a 20 and I was supposed to pay 3.84 on my card instead I payed the full bill even tho my girlfriend gave them 20 in cash. Went back later and told me they couldn't do anything
Lights in parking lot and drive through were off. Very dark and felt unsafe. Didn't look open. Guess the employees wanted to watch the Super Bowl in peace and not be bothered by paying customers.

The latins/spanish however is the proper way you think is ok ik your eyes ... anyways they run this McDonalds smoother than any butter on a hot day ...
Good thing to note : they do have regular plastic straws hidden (if your like me and dont like your drinks passing glue paper ) just ask them for a regular straw 😉 they keep em in plain site , you just dont see it cause your told they are evil (( unless you buy them by the boxes lol)you know like shopping bags )
