McDonald’s just isn’t worth it any more. I was disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald’s. The French fries were cold, and the sandwiches were poorly made. Over time they’ve have raised their prices while lowering their quality, which makes the experience even worse. My only 2 expectation of McDonald’s are hot, edible food, but they failed on both—because when the food isn’t hot, it’s not truly edible. For what I paid, I expected much better. Overall, it was not worth it, and I hope they make improvements.

Robbed me of 20$, my girlfriend gave them a 20 and I was supposed to pay 3.84 on my card instead I payed the full bill even tho my girlfriend gave them 20 in cash. Went back later and told me they couldn't do anything

Lights in parking lot and drive through were off. Very dark and felt unsafe. Didn't look open. Guess the employees wanted to watch the Super Bowl in peace and not be bothered by paying customers.

The latins/spanish however is the proper way you think is ok ik your eyes ... anyways they run this McDonalds smoother than any butter on a hot day ...
Good thing to note : they do have regular plastic straws hidden (if your like me and dont like your drinks passing glue paper ) just ask them for a regular straw 😉 they keep em in plain site , you just dont see it cause your told they are evil (( unless you buy them by the boxes lol)you know like shopping bags )

This place has gone to Hell!! Every time I’ve gone there the incompetence of the staff is so apparent it’s now completely unacceptable at this point . A bunch of kids and young adults that only care about is getting their $15.00 pay rate and not following through on a simple menu order and cannot even do simple math!!! Was there this past Saturday and it took three people to work the register and were advised 3 times that the order was for dining in. We were given the numbered arch and sat down. When dining in they’re supposed to bring you your food. The time we were there it was NOT busy. Only one employee watching his phone in the dining area we were in. We waited over 25 minutes when my friend went to check out what the hold up was. The kid at the counter didn’t care about when my friend said the food was cold!! I the got up and watched via the delivery area the kid take back and hand it to some other employee and he started boxing with another right the food was being processed for the drive through. Almost 40 minutes we finally got our food but had to watch them to make sure it wasn’t just replated. Managers better start cracking the whip and or fire some of these people before the owner, if they care, gets involved.
Horrible and absolutely rude workers, will see a huge line forming and look at people waiting to ignore them to take orders over the headset. I only see Spanish people working this location, no diversity which makes me think some discrimination is occurring.

what kind of quarter pounder only has one patty I said no onions no pickles they literally loaded it with them and I ordered everything large and I got Medium I'm really mad that I have to spend my money on extra shit and I don't even get it im so pissed

Ordered food by app Oct 3 2024. Store @ 460 rt 9 little egg harbor nj closed early do to work but still charged me. Its now Oct 9th, but still no money back. After calling every day, the manager told me i needed to bring in info, which when I they called cops told them I was refunded and not allowed back. She didn't even look at the bank statement, WHICH she said I needed to bring to her. Called cops when I said I was calling the corporation. Lied to cops which was easy for me to prove since I have my banking app and showed them it.
