I went there at 11am. Donuts were not fresh at all. I also ordered 3 munchkins and they weren’t feed either. Has a mast taste as well. Ordered an ice coffee with hazelnut and vanilla and I don’t know what they gave me. Service was also poor. Felt as if I was being rushed. I will never go there again

Some of the staff (mainly the male ones) have attitudes. I’ve been able to look past that, but the last couple of times I’ve gone, I noticed that the woman that was working didn’t change their gloves to handle the food.I noticed her touching the register and people’s money/cards with gloves on, then proceed to touch the food with the same exact pair of gloves on. This immediately made me not want to ever order anything here again. Like I saw another review say, someone will probably get sick from that eventually.

I order the same item at every Dunkin and this is the only location to every charge me for ice. In an area so densely packed with Dunkin franchises, why would you differentiate yourself as the only one that charges for ice? First visit = last visit.

Disgusting Hygiene - saw the employee touching tea bags with bare hands. All machines filthy. Eventually will get someone sick. Will not go again.

I’ve been ordering from this Dunkin for a whole year, haven’t changed or touched my order on the app FOR A YEAR & the past few times I’ve gone the drinks have been garbage and the manager or whoever she is said it’s because i put 1 milk but that’s the same thing I’ve gotten 1000 other times because i didn’t change anything , idk if they got a new crew or what but learn how to make consistent drinks please
