Learn to not have the heat set at a 100 degrees... Put a coat on if your employees are cold.

There’s three people working today currently as I stand here. I placed my order at 11:32. I just got my order now at 11:51. Which was only a medium sized, iced coffee and munchkins. As I’m standing there another woman is unhappy with her order and yes they did their best to fix the problem but laughed while doing so. This generation of “workers” makes me sick. I’m now late to work and frustrated due to the incompetence of your workers here. I’m not coming back here.

Asked for sparkling water in my refresher and he put in lemonade instead. I’m a type 1 diabetic and mistakes like that can kill me. He also messed up the drink order of the customer ahead of me. I’ll be Avoiding this Dunkin in the future.

This is our local Dunkin'. I still don’t understand how Dunkin' remains in business. Unfortunately, this location deserves zero stars. They constantly mess up my order; they can't even make a proper iced caramel latte. I ordered avocado toast, and the entire avocado spread was drenched in oil, making it inedible. I couldn't enjoy my food or drink my coffee. Honestly, do better, Dunkin'. If you don't plan to address the issues that customers have been complaining about, then it's time to close your shops.

I want people in this area to know. Stay away from this store! They can't explain what's in my coffee because their English is not good. They said their manager was out. I have a lot of allergies and they ruined my day. I will never go to this store again. I don't want to get sick.

Horrible experience I went in and there wasn’t a cashier I called for someone the guy looked at me, said nothing and kept doing whatever he was doing. After a few seconds I went up to him and asked if I could order he just said I’m making something and made me wait for 5 minutes. I don’t recommend going to this Dunkin’

Employees decided to clean machine 30 minutes before closing so they couldn't make a latte and I left and shall never return

So rude got kicked out because I told them to fix my coffee that THEY MADE WRONG. The coffee tasted like water, and they didn’t even add my three pumps of butter pecan and extra shot of espresso. They didn’t even give me the sticker that comes with EVERY Dunkin drink. I will never come back to this Dunkin. They even accused me of not paying and told me that I had to pay again, even though he was CLEARLY looking at me when I was paying. His eyes were red he must be high and that’s why he didn’t remember me paying. The donut was dry and looks so nasty. This please used to be so good until they introduced new workers, and now it’s on a downfall. I know what it’s like dealing with rude costumers because I work in retail myself, but I was nothing but kind and respectful. Worst Dunkin ever.

Used to love this spot so convenient, last month or so the service in the late afternoons and early evening are horrible. There is usually only one person, they are in the back on their phone while you are waiting to order, the evening staff are not very nice either, very disappointing it used to be better. Hope they get better help.

So me and my coworker orderd some coffies from the one guy he started making it then another worker a women wanted to rake are order again evin when the other guy was already working on are order when we told her what we orderd she flipped out and told us to leave we were blown away on how we were treated I under stand people have bad mornings but you shouldn't take it out on customers deff the last time I go there

There barely anyone in the building and they’re in such a rush that the sandwich that I ordered came out over-toasted and burnt
Was standing for about 5-10 minutes up front and no one was coming to help get my order. Been here before but seeing some one ham and egg sweep while no one is at the register had me walking out going to the next D&D location.
