Best Dunkin in this area!! Staff are so friendly! I’ve been coming here for years, they never disappoint!! The coffee is always consistent, I’m very particular about my caramel latte LOL and here it’s made with love every single time. I order from here every morning, sometimes multiple times a day LOL love this Dunkin and the staff!!

The bacon was burnt, too bad because the croissant was perfectly toasted and the cheese was okay. I wish they hadn't burnt my bacon. The location was well kept, the service was okay. It's okay to smile, smiling wasn't contagious at this location.

Beware: Do not patronize this privately owned Dunkin. They have the worst customer service and they price gouge. You can stand at the front for almost 5 minutes sometimes to be greeted as well as order 1 coffee and stand there while they fill online orders for almost 5-10 minutes. They also have their station behind the wall and when I went around the corner to see where my food was they were doing nothing and it was dirty. Shame on businesses like this but I would avoid. Use alternative Dunkin on 57 E. Main Street in Little Falls, they are much more attentive. Note this owner owns the one in Willowbrook Mall as well as Totowa so BEWARE!

I’ve been here few time..First of all when I enter the place it was all slippery and there was no warning sign I was scared to walk and that’s one…One of the co worker was extremely rude he racially profiled me and called me a monkey because my skin tone is dark..I don’t recommend anybody to visit this place
