I absolutely love Ethan and the Bean! I called a week ahead to reserve a table, and Christine, the manager, was so friendly. The warm, cozy atmosphere, amazing staff, excellent food and coffee made our visit even better. We took our special education class on a field trip, and they kindly accommodated us with music, games, and welcoming smiles as we waited our turn to order our items, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you for the amazing hospitality—we can't wait to come back!

My fiancé and I ordered the Valentine's Day specials for our first time visiting and the service & atmosphere was inviting and warm. The drinks were delicious and will definitely come back to try more drinks.

Pumpkin spice latte tasted a bit burnt. Barista was having a bit of a meltdown. I’m guessing he’s on the autism spectrum. Tried to deescalate by telling him it’s ok and encouraging him; Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to accept it. Makes me sad. Any way to train him to help him overcome or at least mitigate this?

I got an iced latte with their house made brown sugar syrup and it was perfect. Yummy coffee, friendly staff, and very cozy atmosphere.

Great atmosphere and comfortable to sit . I love their ice coffees but the bakery items need to be reviewed.This is for the Morristown store. Too expensive and not really of quality. For example, the CHOCOLATE croissant has three chips inside it and that was the extent of chocolate. For almost $5 , as a customer I expect better.. Please find another bakery that gives you better quality products.

The coffee is so good. Doesn’t give me jitters, it’s just right! Love their matcha latte too! Service is on point and no long waits. Love just hanging out here too. And great spot to take my 4 yr old daughter because there are puzzles and books. ?
