I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

After eating 2 boneless wings i had to throw it out. There was over 2 tablespoons of oil at the bottom of the takeout container. Fries were extremely soggy from being soaked in the oil. Chicken barely had the lemon pepper rub on it.. WAY TOO MUCH OIL. I know that fried food is greasy but I've never been able to remove oil from a tray of fried food with a spoon until IJW.

Absolutely horrible food! Cold, stale, rubbery fries, half cooked (but dry at the same time) chicken. I called for a refund and the restaurant managers says he can’t do anything since it was ordered through Google. He can’t see credit card details. He can’t give a refund. Sorry we sold you garbage food. Bye. Never again.

This place is horrible, my order was wrong charged me for blue cheese gave me ranch, the fries was disgusting taste like the grease was dirty and burnt..HORRIBLE!! Please read these reviews this place is horrible..

Ordered through just wings website. Was delivered through doordash. Missing item. Was asked if I wanted to pick up missing item, unable to do that. Given refund on missing portion. Will not order again.
This was my 1st and last order from them. I was delivered the wrong order they stated to address it Doordash that they don't deliver and that they don't give refunds it was not a small order it was a 78.00 order I ordered thru their website not Doordash I don't have a Doordash acct bottom line my 1st experience was horrible n I will not be ordering again

Do yourself a favour and order from a BDubs or literally any other wing shop. We put in an order on DoorDash a little before 7PM and it said it was going to take 69-99 minutes, which we were fine with... Then at 9PM the order gets cancelled... Now it's too late to order from anywhere else and we're hungry at that... Never again. PSA, if you want to be disappointed and NOT eat then feel free to order from here.

I ordered on DoorDash and the restaurant gave my order to someone who was not my dasher. My actual dasher was there waiting for an order so I called and they told me not the dasher that my order was picked up already. When I spoke to the manager about my concerns, he mentioned I had to take it up with DoorDash because “he does not get paid to make my order twice”. I was extremely polite & understanding so for him to be rude to a customer who has been going to this place for years was it for me. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere

I get the boneless wings with fries combo with a lot of sauces ordered as sides. Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews but I’ve always gotten good food from here. The wings and fries are great! Also this place is literally inside Chilis-yes you heard that right. It’s just wings is chilis and shares the same kitchen as chilis.
