The food at this Chinese restaurant is super good. I recently moved to Fairfield and needed to find a good spot for Chinese takeout out. So, I tried joy wok. I ordered sesame chicken combo and the Mongolian beef. They were both super good. I don’t normally like my sesame chicken a little spicy and they made it just right for me. The customer service is also great. I had accidentally ordered white rice with the Mongolian beef and when I picked up my order they switched it to fried rice right away with no extra charge. Everyone there is super nice. Definitely recommend if you are in the area in search of a good Chinese spot.

I wish to share without detail about medical issues that this restaurant has gone above and beyond to be kind take time and make direct delivery and making soup custom to what I need and gain extra nutrients from. I want to say they are excellent caring and helpful. Thank you for your kindness and delicious food. Grateful for your help.
Dietary restrictions: Severe vitamin deficiencies. They are spot on with requests for soups with specific things I need. Thank you Joy Wok

I am sorry.. you seem like hard working business people, but here is my honest review. 1) i dont care what the restaurant looks like. I just care about the quality of food. Ok here we go. Upon ordering, the order should have been 13$. Charging an extra 5 is a bit absurd. Upon getting the food, it smelled strange. Something isnt right/fresh in your recipe or your oil is dirty. Customers can tell the difference. I still tried the food and the recipe is way off. It didn't taste good at all.. I'd recommend upgrading the recipe and or trying other local dishes to compare.
Today was my cheat day from healthy eating all week.. i had the general tso which is my favorite. I'm so disappointed.. it's also my 1st time being served general tso without broccoli. The egg roll was fine and chicken. My review is harsh but honest. For the benefit of your business and future customers, if you are able to, please do better. We all work hard for our cash.
